We visited here when going for a wedding at the nearby powder mills hotel. The attic room was our accomodation for the night and it is a cosy & characterful room with, to give you an idea of the amenities, real coffee and home made biscuits (which are delicious) and a huge en suite with a roll top bath. Our friendly hosts even gave us a lift to the hotel for the wedding! Though I can't guarantee that this will be included in the price. As for the breakfast, it was amazing. The homemade bread was very good and went exceptionally well with the HUGE selection of homemade jams, preserves and marmalades. And the locally sources bacon, sausage and eggs were all delicious and perfectly prepared. I could go on about all the lovely touches at this B&B for a very long time, but my point would be the same. Lovely property with swimming pool!! Room was very modern, comfortable and warm. Full English breakfast really set us up for the next day. Proprietors really friendly too.
