I moved my kids to this dentist after their prior dentist kept rescheduling their appointment and changing the times on us like our schedule should revolve around what was convenient for them. Lil' Teeth was able to get both of my kids in right away for their annual cleaning which I was so happy about! It was a smooth transition and Dr Andre is wonderful with my kids! Shortly after our cleaning visit, My one year old (new walker) who is still a little wobbly on his feet fell and hit his face on the metal chair. He chipped a very small portion of his front tooth off. Being a concerned mom I called in to see what we should do. They got him in right away checked him out and said he looked ok and not to worry. They cancelled all of their existing appointments in their computer system due to Covid-19 but neglected to contact those patients personally to reschedule. They reopened in May, yet nobody from their office made ANY attempt to contact us to let us know that our August appointments were cancelled. The receptionist placed the blame on us, saying "most families have called to make sure they still have appointments and that is when we reschedule". Then it was said "there is a new scheduling program and it is hard to contact everybody" and then she said "many people don't check their email or messages so we ask them to call us". I feel as though they have so many patients they really don't care about customer service. This experience has made me realize that other than the neat dinosaur on the building there is nothing special about their services and their customer service is lacking. read more

They say they will send an email to have paperwork done prior to appointment, Do they call to confirm or reschedule appointment..... NO!! Before covid we came to this location a few times regularly. NO ISSUES! When Covid hit they never canceled our appointment to let us know the office was closed, nor did they reach out again to re schedule. I made an appointment last week thru the chat (waist of time) they need to call you to confirm. Well that call took forever. I called to confirm appointment, well they never answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. This office has really gone down the hill. I guess I need to find a new location to take my kids.... very sad! read more

Not only did they take out the wrong tooth, the front desk lady hit on my husband while my children were right by his side , charged me $325 for a cleaning when I was told it would be only $80 , took money from my bank account without my permission and recently found out that one of their employees was aloud to work while having Covid. In short the most disgusting dental experience of my life and I will not be returning. read more

Took my daughter here for 2 yesss seemed to be ok nothing over the top a month ago she needed a crown and the dental assistant was HORRIBLE my daughter cried as soon as we left that she hated it, the lady putting in the crown tried literally 10 different times but in between kept texting on her I watch... and she didn't even have the laughing gas over my daughters nose fully it was just a mess... super unhappy decided to pull my kids records after another incident today and go somewhere else read more

Dr. Andre is the best! They are always on schedule. They truly respect wait times, most days they run on time or early. I have two kids and they have always done back to back appointments for us which is convenient and helpful to parents. Dr. Andre remembers us and gets to know his patients. I have been taking my children to Lil Teeth the last couple years. The staff and doctor are always gentle and kind. They listen to your concerns and help facilitate payments the best they can. They also take on the hard work of contacting insurance companies for coverage limitations and quote patients with an out-of-pocket cost, so there are no surprises. This place only wants to take your money, Dr.Brown insisted that my 8 year old son needed to pull his two adult teeth because he had crowding so they charged me almost 500 dollars to do that. He told me that he also needed braces and referred me across the street. I made a appointment with the orthodontist, Dr.Brown recommended and the orthodontist said my son does not need braces and he is to young for braces, he also really did not know why they pulled his two adult back teeth if they aren't going to grow back and that now he would need implants in the future. At this point I went to another dentist and orthodontist and they have told me the same thing! This made me so angry because my son was in so much pain for days after this procedure and during and he also didn't eat solid food for 3 days because he was in so much pain. Tried taking our 5-year old daughter with SPD to a couple of different dentists with no luck. She was either terrified or was uninterested. We drive by Lil Teeth often, and my daughter would identify the dinosaur out front. Recently she started asking to go there. I told her it's a dentist but she still wanted to go. Made the appointment, receptionist was aware of SPD and offered solutions to lesson the stimuli and was very patient when offered solutions to daughter about gender of dentist and such. Later when we arrived, my daughter was occupied identifying the tracks, bones, Dinos, "torches" that she was not even stressed about being at a dentist. The surroundings were distracting, the staff was just amazing with her and communicated and explained all that they were doing and the tools that they were using. My daughter had a blast and is ready to go back in 6 months. I am over the top happy with this place!! My husband comes from a long line of dentist-phobes but I think this place has won over a tough audience!! read more

Took our 3 yr old here for his first dental appointment and everything went smooth. We saw it in passing and our son happens to love dinosaurs and so we made the appointment based on the decor and we were hopeful it would be a good experience and it was! It was clean, well decorated, movies and the staff was great. Very friendly. We had a little issue with our insurance but it was sorted out at the appointment. read more

I have been taking my son, Sean, to Dr. Andre for years. He is kind, friendly, always has a smile and he is very good at his job! His staff is something to be envy of. While waiting for Sean to finish his appointment, it never fails, I hear him joking and talking with Dr. Andre and his staff.
