I've had the Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages and every session has been great. The massage therapists really knows what they're doing and actually works the tension out. The space is quiet, relaxing, and the decor is simple but calming, which I appreciate. Nothing over the top, just a decent experience and a place where you can truly unwind. Clearly I need to go ahead and book my next session.

And if you get Sierra, your muscles and body tissue are in good hands. So why not 5 stars? Well, there were one too many little things that weren't great and I felt they needed to be noted. If there had only been one or two of these they wouldn't have affected the score, but to experience all in one visit deserves a reckoning. * the massage oil was wonderfully warm when used on my back but was not kept at that temperature and by the time the massage was halfway through the oil was lukewarm when applied to the arms and downright cold when applied to the legs. * the music abruptly stopped and we were in silence for several minutes. A couple times before that the song would abruptly end and a new one would start. Not a huge issue, but did mess with the relaxing vibe. * by the time I checked in and got to my room it was a few minutes past my starting time. To be fair, I arrived right at the start of my appointment time (parking was hard to find in the area and I had to walk a ways). That said, the receptionist was busy with a client and told me to wait and that took up some time. I was finally in the room to disrobe 10 min after the original start. When my massage ended I was sad to see that the late start was not taken into account and I had only received a 40-45 min massage instead of a 60 min one. Don't get me wrong, it was a great 40 minutes, but I was shelling out the money for 60 minutes of needed work and felt disappointed that I wasn't getting everything I thought I was paying for. * I spent about 4-6 minutes waiting for my masseuse to come back into the room after disrobing. I know every minute of my massage is precious so it took me about a minute to strip to my comfort level and get under the sheet. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. Next time I'll tell my masseuse I don't need that long to prepare because I started to get annoyed by the length of time I was waiting. Especially since it was taking time out of my session (see above). * as mentioned above, parking was hard to find despite not being the weekend. I'd read reviews saying parking wasn't an issue and misjudged the time I needed to not only find a spot but then walk the difference to the parlor. * finally, the website is horrible. It was hard to navigate and not user friendly. At the end of the day if one or two of the above things had happened I would've brushed it off and been content. But with all those issues being prevalent in one visit I had to mark down my overall experience. 4 stars on the app because the masseuse was skilled, but 3-3.5 stars overall because the experience was lacking.

She left a message requested that I text message her. ..so that's what I did. She informed me that due to the popularity of the Groupon and that she was the only massage therapist that it would be almost two months to schedule a massage (during the week). TWO months! When I informed her that waiting two months was an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a massage she told me that "some people do" wait that long and that it was "my call". #1. If you are unable to handle your workload then maybe you shouldn't be offering Groupons to get more business.... they are kinda popular #2 . It would be wise to hire someone to deal with the business part (such as schedule and returning phone calls) and just stick to the massage part. The whole one woman show ain't cutting it. FYI I was so upset about this that I actually created a yelp account just to write this review. Hopefully my in-laws can get a refund....Don't waste your time or money...go to a spa instead.

Nick suggested several Thursday and Friday late afternoon appointments, and was so annoyed that I needed to plan in advance because I don't have a flexible schedule that he just told me he wouldn't take me as a client. I also posted this review on google, and the owner immediately responded with some nonsense about how they're very busy and don't have time to return messages, so I guess I'm lucky they even bothered to try to fit me in to their very full schedule. Clearly they don't need new clients, so don't bother trying to schedule with them. Edit: They're so busy that they can't schedule an appointment with me in the next few weeks on a Tuesday or Wednesday, but they mysteriously have responded to both of my negative reviews with a weird grammatically incorrect response almost immediately following my post (see below). I have never been so glad that a company didn't "have time" for my business.

Customer service: Therapist knew I had shoulder pain but left me stranded without a massage; yelled at me for inquiring about why he missed our appointment; blamed me for not showing up to an appointment he rescheduled without my knowlesge; refused refund; and hung up on me. Deceptive business practices: Therapist prematurely redeemed Groupon voucher the day before appointment; changed appointment time without authorization; and refused refund. MY EXPERIENCE I had some shoulder pain so I purchased a therapeutic massage for this business through Groupon. The first scheduling phone call to Corrective Therapy on 7/31/17 was pleasant. Although they were booked, they squeezed me in for a 7:40 pm massage with Nicolas Ovel for 8/2/17. They asked for an email or phone number and my Groupon voucher number. I was warned the appointment might start closer to 8 pm since they were tightly booked that day. I arrived at 7:40 pm and patiently waited in their reception area. At 8 pm, I went to knock on therapist's door without answer. At 8:10 pm, I called the therapist and got his voicemail. I left a message asking why he missed our appointment and inquiring about rescheduling. The therapist called me back about 10 minutes later saying the appointment was moved to 7:15 pm and he left since I wasn't there. I questioned how a change was made without my authorization. Nicolas said he sent a text message and called 3x but my phone just rang out. I told him he must have written down the wrong phone number because I have a VM on my line and I don't have any missed calls or text messages. Nicolas elevated his voice saying he had proof he sent a text. He said he would have sent an email, but I failed to give him my email address as required. I reminded him he gave me a choice between a phone number and email before saying even if you sent an email the time can't change unless I verify I am ok with the change. Before I could make sure Nicolas did in fact text the right phone number, he abruptly cut me off with a loud NO! He continued his rude and extremely disrespectful behavior by yelling about how he is not going back and forth. He said I missed my 7:15 pm appointment so it's my fault he won't be refunding my money. I told him I blamed him for changing my appointment without authorization. He told me to go deal with Groupon and hung up on me. I spent over 3 hours traveling to and from appointment, waiting, and responding to Groupon (therapist prematurely marked voucher as used so the issue had to be further escalated within Groupon before they eventually undeemed it for a refund). In the end, I was left with my same soldier pain and a headache.

I called to make an appointment but the number was disconnected. I looked around online for the number to make sure it was correct, which it was, but I still couldn't get through. I sent an email through the website, after 3 days, no answer. I called again and I finally get through to book an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and we were checked in without a problem. The masseuses were very professional and friendly. The massage was good, but instead of working out some of the knots in my muscles, the massage aggravated them and they felt more sore than broken up and relieved. The scalp massage was delicious tho! For the value of the Groupon, it's a great deal but I think you get what you pay for. I may just have to splurge a little for 5 star quality but for an occasional massage, this is a good place.
