I was initially told that staff would not help with tear down but thankfully they did help tear down the very minimal wall decor we had. The party room definitely requires a lot of imagination and I really wish they gave more time for setup, especially given the location in the mall and how far you have to walk from the entrance for each trip to and from the car just to get things into the place- which you then of course have to unload and then set up. I highly suggest measuring prior to planning decor and bringing some extension cords as there are only 2 outlets in the party room and they are a good distance from the tables you are given to use. The benches at each table hold 4 adults per bench. My kids love to come here even on a regular, non-party day and have lots of fun at this little town. There is so much for them to do that they can spend hours here without getting bored.

On a very hot Valencia day, he also made sure we had plenty of ice and drinks for the kids, which was greatly appreciated. One thing we really loved was the option to pay an additional fee to bring in our own food. It gave us the flexibility to provide extra snacks for the kids and create a fun end-of-school-year "snack shack" theme that the kids absolutely loved. That added flexibility made the party feel even more personalized and special. As the party came to an end, Nick and Charles continued to provide exceptional service. They handled the cleanup and reassured us not to worry about a thing, which was a huge help after 15 energetic kids spent the afternoon running, climbing, and having a blast. My older loves animals, insects, and other non-human creatures so this place seemed perfect. We had been many years ago with our littles and they distinctly remember a giraffe so we figured their cousins would enjoy the experience too. We arrived at around 11 am on a Monday morning and found parking relatively easy- I think we were one of two families there which made it easy. They have many exhibits of foxes, monkeys, birds, reptiles, and other small-to-medium sized animals to learn about. Each exhibit provided a learning display. We made our way through the "center" in just under two hours- really taking out time at each exhibit. Wr only noticed a couple of other families with littles as well, making it super easy to move through. While we say snakes foxes parrots and more, we don't see the giraffe . We did learn while we were there though that the giraffe was just visiting as it was being trained by the nextdoor business for television!!! Apparently that's a thing. Love L.A.!
