My wife and I really enjoyed training with Jessica!…read more We definitely enjoyed our weekly in-person training sessions since Jessica always changed up the workouts. She taught us how to perform a variety of workouts while maintaining proper form, which we really needed help with! Throughout the week, Jessica would send really useful tips and motivational messages to help push us through the week. This was very much appreciated! She planned out our at-home workouts, which made working out at home that much easier. She taught us how to track our macros to figure out what we're putting into our bodies. This was very helpful in figuring out what types of foods to eat. Jessica was also very great with communicating with us and was always very accommodating with our ever-changing schedules. We had weekly check-ins to track our progress. It was awesome to see results so quickly! It was very helpful to have someone guide us along the way.

The Lab is amazing! I signed my 8 year old son up for their sprouts clinic and they exceeded every…read moreexpectation that I had. First of all, the coaching is the best I've ever seen (I'm not new to the volleyball world). In sprouts, they have several coaches on board helping so that the kids get more reps and more feedback. All the coaches are so patient, positive and love what they do. I love that my son gets to know many of their coaches because they each are so unique and can pick up on different areas he may struggle with and/or find different ways of explaining what he needs to fix in a way that's easy for him to understand. My son came in with no experience playing and the skills that he has at just 8 blows my mind. Coach Casey runs the Sprouts league and all the practices run so smoothly. She knows exactly where to start for beginners and runs them through the best drills to sharpen their skills and get them ready for games. My son genuinely looks forward to every practice/game so when sprouts ended I signed up for private lessons. We have had lessons with Coach Adrian, Coach Sydney, Coach Julia and Coach Caitlin and all of them are awesome! They knew my son from sprouts and were able to do drills to help his skills improve and make it so fun that he was bummed out when the lesson was over. I continue to sign my son up for every new sprouts session and he looks forward to it every single time. My son loves volleyball so much now and I'm so grateful. What Coach Caitlin and Coach Casey have created with The Lab/Thrive is something truly unique and wonderful. They take young kids with zero experience up to older kids with tons of experience playing on other teams and can help all of them improve their skills. Honestly, such a one of a kind place. I just hope one day their club team, Thrive, gets a boys team because my son would love to play for them and we would love to be apart of that club family too. If your child is interested in volleyball, sign them up here right now! It will be one of the best things you will ever do for them.

We've worked with Coach Taylor at the camps they provide, at the Statham League, at group training, and even at Creators travel basketball. Having tried several places for our son in the past, we can confidently say the training is incredible. Coach automatically sees the player on an individual level and understands how to reach each person the way they need. All of the coaches have had a great influence on our son's ability to play and understand the game on a whole different level. They really care about the kids they train.  There is something special about learning from those who have been there and done that!

He really defends and protects the kids in Challenge 2 group. Swim practices reflect the degree of difficulty and rigor of the meets that the kids swim in. I see them talk to the kids and correct them. So if you start at Canyon for lessons, it'll prepare you for competitive swimming under Coach Kyle. Plus, Canyon helps its swimmers with swim scholarships. Something many people don't know about unless they stay and swim competitively up through high school. I highly recommend Canyon Aquatic Club w/o ANY reservations.
