She was very friendly and responded quickly. My son wanted a strawberry cake with strawberry filling, and she said she could do that, even though it wasn't on her menu. We settled on lemon meringue buttercream frosting, with blue ombre rosettes. I had Mario decorations to put on it at home. The cake turned out great!! It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. At no point was he told it wouldn't be possible or any sort of update unless he called or went in.
