They were extremely responsive and didn't baulk at my budget. They immediately sprang into action and began bringing my kids karaoke party to life. All of the decor was phenomenal and the desserts and vendors were top notch! The party was a raging success! All of the kids sang and danced and they turned my back yard into a beautiful birthday karaoke club for kids! Thanks to a touch of Pixie Dust, my daughter had the best birthday! Chau and her assistants (which she apparently brings if the party is big enough) were absolutely fantastic with a very energetic group of 6-year-olds! They were professional, patient, organized, and genuinely great with the kids. Even with 17 excited little girls running around, they handled everything so smoothly and kept the experience fun and special for everyone. I also really appreciated how communicative and helpful Chau was leading up to the party. She was responsive, easy to work with, and made the planning process feel very straightforward. The girls had an absolute blast and loved getting their nails done and having their hair braided / styled with all the fun glitter. It was exactly the kind of special, girly experience we were hoping for! Highly recommend Chaubellina Events for a kids' party -- especially if you're looking for something fun, memorable, and professionally done. We would definitely use them again!

Chau went above and beyond to provide my daughter with a magical and unforgettable spa birthday party! My daughter felt like a princess! Thank you for everything Chaubellina Events!

Most definitely 5 stars. Jessy is amazing!…read more We had a little trouble getting logistics to line up and we really wanted The Magical Atelier at our daughter's party. Jessy was working hard to find a teacher for potions who had availability. We ended up moving the party to a park with a room (fear of rain), which just so happened to be down the street from her studio. I reached out to Jessy and she was able to schedule our party in for an hour. We took it and weren't disappointed. The kids loved making potions with Jessy and her teacher Gala. They we're so great and engaging for our young guests. All they needed was a table to set up on. They brought the aprons and all the supplies. The kids take home their potions in little bottles, get a party bag, and if they have time, get some fairy dust on the their arms. A few of the kids were so engaged, they almost spent an entire hour at the potion table. Payment was easy and Jessy really stressed enjoying the party and paying the balance after all was said and done. This was a phenomenal experience and such a great opportunity at party. We're so glad we got them booked. Final Word: We will be reaching out to Jessy again. No doubt.

She's amazing with kids and has such a natural way of bringing out their creative sides. She went above and beyond to make the party theme extra special for my daughter. I can't recommend The Magical Atelier highly enough -- it was magical in every sense of the word!

I booked Prestige kids spa for my daughter's 6th birthday party. Since I chose them based on Yelp…read morereviews, I feel I should leave an honest review of our experience. The booking process was smooth and easy. Anh is very responsive. She reached out the week of to finalize everything. The hostesses were on time and prompt for set up. Set up was adorable. They completed NEARLY all of the agreed upon services as stated in the contract. One issue was my daughter was excited for the color extension that was included in the package. They forgot to bring them, so offered an additional glitter tattoo. I agreed since I didn't really feel there was another option, and I didn't want to create any conflict during the party in front of 12 girls. If they don't have them, they don't have them. However, I do know it was one of the reasons my daughter chose that hairstyle and did mention her disappointment over it to me a few times throughout the day. The hostesses offered what they could, but I don't think it was equivalent. Another issue was that the spa hostesses weren't as engaging as I hoped. They were nice and completed the tasks, but they didn't really engage much with the kids. In fact, they didn't really host. "Meh" is how my husband described it. For a company that markets themselves for kids' parties, I would hope they would be able to create a more fun and festive atmosphere. Overall, nearly all of the services were completed as agreed upon in the contract, communication before the event was fantastic, but they were just missing that something extra to bring life to the party.
