As a lifelong rider I thought I knew alot about the features of the bikes Im interested in. Ed knew about all the specifics on the different trim packages and didnt over pressure me or try to force a deal. He made it feel like I was talking and working with a friend on getting a great deal versus the normal attitude I get from sales people. Ed inquired about my wants and needs and pointed out some really cool features within the different trim packages. I let him know I wasn't immediately ready to purchase today but he still entertained all my questions and treated me with respect. Their stock of multistradas is really good along with their prices. I was very surprised some of the discounts they were offering. I was even more surprised when Ed followed back up a couple weeks later to let me know they had even better deals than before!! Bought a 200 horse Suzuki motor 4 years ago with an extended warranty covered to 2022. Engine…read morefailed 13 miles offshore in Gulf of Mexico. Fortunately was able to radio Sea Tow. Took the boat to authorized Suzuki dealer who had to work through Cornerstone United, the warranty administrator. The Dealer required my authorization to pull the head on the motor. It was apparent the bearings dropped into the unit causing the driveshaft to snap and the motor to freeze. Cornerstone required the Dealer to disassemble the entire motor even though the Dealer's mechanic and Cornerstone's mechanic determined the failure resulted from an internal defect. Defect resulted in thousands (or more) of metal shavings being dispersed throughout the upper unit, in addition to damage to virtually every part of the upper unit. Mechanics determined the motor was well-maintained and full of clean oil when the motor failed. The damages were determined to be covered by warranty. However, Cornerstone determined that the motor should be repaired rather than replaced, maintaining that the metal shavings could be eliminated via an oil bath. The Dealer's mechanic considered this "asinine" and recommended against it. Cornerstone prevailed. I just had the 20 mile service performed. There were metal shavings in the oil and filter. If I am 20 miles or more offshore and the motor fails causing injury or death to me or my friends because of Cornerstone's reckless disregard in handling my claim, the disclaimer in the warranty for collateral damages will be challenged by me or my estate. Furthermore, Cornerstone refused to authorize payment for disassembly and diagnosis in direct violation of the warranty, thereby sticking me with a $5,000 bill for the excessive costs of a piece by piece disassembly of the entire motor. Cornerstone is creating a penny wise-pound foolish liability for Suzuki and its reputation. I am preparing a lawsuit against Suzuki and Cornerstone for blatant disregard of the warranty causing monetary damages to me of nearly $5,000, and to establish a factual basis for the waiver of collateral damage limitations in the warranty. I shopped around at a few places to fix what should've been a simple issue -- replacing a brake…read morelever. I stripped the nut, couldn't do it myself, and somehow got quoted some pretty outrageous prices elsewhere. I also wanted to replace my grips while I was at it. I called Justin's Motorcycles and he told me to just come by and he'd take care of the brake lever free of charge. That honestly caught me off guard. I still wanted to pay him something, so he gave me a very fair, reasonable price for installing the new grips instead. Super friendly, approachable, and no pressure at all. You can tell he actually cares about riders and isn't trying to nickel-and-dime people. I'll definitely be coming back here for future services. Highly recommend.

I attempted to contact the dealership several times regarding a motorcycle I was interested in…read more After being transferred to sales, I was left on hold for an extended period without anyone picking up. I also submitted an online inquiry, assuming they might be busy, but never received a response. Over the weekend, I decided to visit the dealership in person. It appeared they were hosting an event, but there was no one available on the sales floor to assist me, so I left without making a purchase. I followed up with another call today and was finally able to reach someone in sales, only to be informed that the motorcycle had already been sold. While the dealership itself looks great, there is clearly room for improvement when it comes to customer service. I've attached photos as proof of my attempts to make contact.

Come to find out. He's the mechanic that worked on it. After spending all that money. I finally take it riding three weeks after my bike keeps bugging out and shutting off I called, and they say oh just wait a little bit and then started again. What kind of BS is this I spent all that money for what and for them to say oh we got a whole rebuild kit. The funny part is my carburetor. Had on new internal jets floater. He didn't even provide me with old Parts . I tested them by saying oh I just bought the bike sure enough that gave them easy access. I have proof of the inside of my carburetor before I took it to them now. I have to find someone else to figure out what's wrong with my bike and spend more money at first. I didn't believe some of these reviews. But if you're reading this stay far away. FYI, I marked certain bolts and they were not moved. Believe me the better business bureau. We'll find out about this thieves.
