Met Kurt who really took the time to walk me through the various models and their abilities. Kurt was very knowledgeable, friendly and took his time answering all my questions. There was zero pressure sales tactics, just a genuine desire to help me choose what was right for me. The experience felt like I was talking to an old friend. Anyhow we chose the GTS310 and they had the one we wanted and they were able to get the accessories we added quickly. Paperwork was a breeze! After the break in period and taking the Vespa in for its first service, David who handles their service end was really friendly and accommodating with my schedule. Yesterday I reached out for getting the suspension set up on my bike for canyon carving. I had the Ohlins cartridges rebuilt and re valved but the set up wasn't right. With that experience I went back for connecting two already installed auxiliary lights. This is where it went badly. The two lights were spliced into my on board computer or main Cpu power wire, which tripped up the computer. Stalling out at every red light on my way home. They also had installed two switches for the auxiliary lights. At this point now three switches controlled the auxiliary lights, the factory switch plus the two they installed. The $1200.00 due bill they charged me was a shock for sure. The bike that had ran perfectly before taking it there for few light connections wound up with me having to push it home. I had to undo everything they had done and thankfully I was able to reset the cpu. Bottom line is im out 400 cash for no working auxiliary lights! It's a bummer becuase the people there seemed nice enough.

He also took the time to thoroughly explain the different plans and ESP options, including the VIP Maintenance ESP, Extended Service Plan ESP, Tire & Wheel ESP, and Battery Replacement ESP. I appreciated actually being given a breakdown of what my options were instead of just being rushed through the paperwork. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Misty in service. She helped me with information on the plans as well, but where she really stood out was her knowledge on the service side. My god, if there's someone you hate, be sure to show interest in a bike they have with their phone number I ended up buying one elsewhere, but they kept spam texting and calling. They just couldn't get the hint. I eventually accidentally answered a call from them and they asked me if I was interested in buying a bike from them. I told them no, because I had already bought one, and of course they asked, what did you buy? Now, I could have told them what I bought, but I thought to myself, how can I get these guys off my ass but also to joke around, so I said "BMW." Before I could say, just kidding, the guy on the other end scoffed, laughed and hung up right away. It couldn't have turned out honestly. Two birds one stone! I got them off my ass and they showed me their true colors. I have several bikes, including HDs and BMWs and I love them all, there's really no need to be like this. I'm just genuinely happy that I didn't end up supporting a business that's like this. 5/5 interaction, gave me such a good laugh for so long. 1/5 business interaction.
