This year we had under-eave permanent trac lighting installed. The designer, Kylie Stitz, came out with ideas, measured and gave us a quote immediately. We opted to have the lighting installed all the way around the house. They were able to fit us in on their schedule about a week later. No exposed wiring, everything is in the trac or conduit. The installation was neat and tidy. The guys cleaned up and left no mess. Kylie and the 2 installation technicians were very polite, personable and professional throughout. The app for controlling the lights is easy to learn and fun to use. I can't wait until we have our next backyard party so I can have the lights dancing to the music! We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Once the inspection was agreed upon AcuSystem immediately scheduled the inspection with the real estate agent and completed it the next business day. The cost of the inspection was more than fair and less than I thought it would be. Once the inspection was complete the inspector, David Gonzalez, immediately forwarded the report to me being I could not be at the home during the inspection. The home had an issue David found during the inspection and I had multiple questions regarding the problem. David answered my questions without delay and even gave me some much appreciated advice. I would definately recommend AcuSystem Home Inspections and Inspector David Gonzalez to anyone asking for a home inspection reference. His report did not mention any mold or moisture issues and that is the reason I purchased the house.Three weeks later I hired a contractor to replace my floors and he discovered mold 4 feet high in 4 rooms to the point that the interior walls were crumbling. He has not replied to my emails and I will report him to the better business bureau. I have plenty of pictures to prove it. His negligence put me in a financial hardship.

My house was built in 1973, so it's almost as old as I am! We've lived here for 23 years and…read morehaven't done any upgrades to the electrical system. So we shouldn't have been completely shocked when our electric went out on a Sunday morning in April 2021 & the main breaker to the house smelled like an electrical fire. Still, we were surprised, of course. Sorry, Yelp, my first thought was to check our neighborhood's Facebook group for recommendations. After two calls & no live person, I turned to Yelp, looking for electricians "open now". Sunrise had recently updated their Yelp listing with details and had a few good reviews, so I called them. Shelley answered the phone & was very helpful in assuring us that someone could come out that day. She took our information, and we did have to provide payment of $119 for the emergency service call. Communication was great afterward, which included both a text and phone call a couple hours later when our service tech was en route. Kevin actually arrived a bit earlier than the estimated arrival time and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. After looking at our main breaker box, he confirmed that it needed to be replaced, and that he would be able to replace it that day. He also advised that we would need a surge protector for the whole house, along with inspections & permits which he would be able to do as well for the quoted price. Many hours later, we had power again, with a new main breaker box. And I'm glad to have a house-wide surge protector. This was not a cheap repair/upgrade, and we were obviously unable to get other quotes or compare prices on a Sunday, but we're happy with the work done.
