They were the first to respond, were courteous on the phone and were able to get me in their route within a two days. 1 star taken off because they arrived about 3.5 hours after their scheduled time. But, the front office was even then very communicative and apologetic for the delay. Since the palm trees were in the front yard, they were able to still gain access since I had to leave my house for another appointment, and I could be invoiced later. I highly recommend Tree Solutions for palm tree services. I don't feel that the delay was a normal thing for them, but can't speak to more than my one time service with them so far. I do plan on using them again in the future for another project.
