It got worse--I was then left waiting while he attended to other clients, making it very clear that I was not a priority, despite being in the middle of a service. I have never been treated that way anywhere. The atmosphere in the salon reflected the same lack of professionalism. I could hear him raising his voice at employees, which created a tense, uncomfortable environment from start to finish. The message was obvious: if you don't choose the service he wants to sell, your experience will suffer.
