The last time, we drove our Chevy truck straight to Toyota and traded it in. That is HOW BAD both the service and the truck was. They had it for well over a week and never bothered to tell us that they got it running so that we weren't sharing my car. Told us our 6 year old truck with 60k mostly highway miles that had ALL the maintenance done at Ed Norse Sawgrass needed "well over" $10k worth of work - transmission, new shocks/struts, had broken engine mounts, etc but you can trade it in on a NEW truck. What? that truck never had to really work a day in its life. Hauled a small boat MAYBE 3 - 4 times, driven to work and back all highway and a couple of road trips. Further, we never got the comprehensive breakdown of the costs so we could decide what to do, when and plan the work out as we had the money. The service advisor never followed up nor gave us an estimate. Also, all of those things didn't happen overnight so every time we brought it in for oil changes and paid for the overall checkpoint inspections, I guess no one actually did the inspections??? No one noticed broken engine mounts or bad shocks when they did the tire rotations and oil changes over SIX years of service exclusively at this location? We will never go back. They used to be good. Not sure what happened. Either way, I'm happy to be back in a Toyota. Drove my last one for 15 years with only regular maintenance.

When I lived in Fort Lauderdale, I was there about 4 times servicing my Escalade. Every time I was treated as a valuable customer and all repairs and maintenance was done professionally. There was one time I was waiting while my car was maintained. Somehow they forgot and the service manager noticed I was still sitting there (3 hours) and wondered what was going on. I said - you tell me. He went to check and then came back to me and said they were going to order a Lyft to take me home, and then deliver my car at home when it was completed. During this visit they didn't charge for anything and said this maintenance was on the house. I was stunned how well these guys know how to treat their customer right and also how to get their customers coming back. After my move to Orlando I've been using different authorized dealerships, and it has been so disappointing compared what I was used to. My last experience where my car was at the dealership for three weeks was enough for me to realize to look for something else. I have been so extremely satisfied with the vehicle, but it hurts when a dealership in a way forces you to go look for something else. I ended up selling the vehicle and bought a new (different brand). This is the first time I have done car shopping to actually see how their service department is. It's not about just buying the car, you also need assurance that you have a great dealership who will be able to take care of it when it's needed. So big kudos to Ed Morse Bayview Cadillac. Keep up the good work.

He is the most considerate person I have ever dealt with. He and Alex Kline, my Service Advisor, made sure the work was being done on my car. Alex Kline was my Service Advisor. My 11 yr. old well-kept Buick had developed a few major problems which were identified and work was started right away. A major part had to be ordered from GM which was done right away. Alex kept on top of everything until the repairs were completed. Riccardo, the service mechanic Foreman, really knows how to fix vehicles. I was even able to speak with him. He knew just what was wrong with my car and proceeded to make sure it got repaired correctly. The other mechanic in the shop who worked on my car also did a great job. It was a real team effort, and everyone did an excellent job. Everyone there who I came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. I'm so glad I went there. Going forward, I will return to keep my car maintained at Coral Springs Buick GMC Service Dept. Laura Kellstrom

The shuttle driver lacked any form of customer service barely making eye contact and the vehicle was dirty and just smelled old. Then we get to the location and there is a huge line. Every 15 minutes or so someone is getting mad and walking away. I had no delusion that we would have any happy service once we made it to the front of the line but for whatever reason we stayed. We rented an SUV because we needed the leg room (5'10 & 6'4) and would have long items to move around. So it was laughable when we are offered a hatchback! It reminded me of an episode of Simpsons. There's no way we were gonna limbo in and out of that car. Funny thing is a European group ahead of us wanted a hatchback but were told SUV's were the only vehicle on site? When I talked with them they told me they were being upsold this vehicle?? We go check out the SUV and I can smell funny grass as soon as I open the door. I'm in a mask and that smell is coming at me loud and clear but worker is just looking at me funny. I side eye them as I scan over the car. I notice small food pieces, minor dents and it didn't even have a full tank of gas? I was done and cancelled! At this point, NOW, they want to check for other vehicles? No thank you - cancel! Like the many that were there before me I got mad. But I'm the calmest person at all times especial when I tell you mi abuela hacia magia. Y tu abuela? I have no idea why didn't I read the space when I first noticed so many people walking away angry over an hour before. Nothing about this experience made me think that there would not be further issues. Customer service does not seem to be a priority.
