I used Zeus for a laundry room / Kitchen overhaul and was very pleased with the result. I was…read moreextremely impressed by how attentive to detail the crew was and how quickly the jobs were done. I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

Product Knowledge and sales team were very helpful as first. Once I had paid for the products…read moreservice was nonexistent. Had to follow up several times to track a valve that was all of a sudden on back order even though all parts were checked for availability prior to completing order. I was forced to manage the tracking of the missing part as Ferguson showed no interest. During installation my contractor found the valve to be defective and again no follow up without either myself of my contractor reaching out to the Sales Rep. Even after explaining that this defective valve was keeping the shower from being completed no effort was made to expedite the part. As usual, promises were made to forward tracking information as soon as it was available but of course that didn't happen until prompted with an follow up email. I will not use them for my upcoming Kitchen Remodel.

We had to take on some fixes ourselves due to gaps in execution, and multiple post-install service calls were missed, adding to the frustration. While the process wasn't smooth, we do appreciate that they ultimately made an effort to correct some of the problems.
