Very disappointed with their customer service or more accurate, no service! Their hours are not very customer friendly. Not being open on the weekends and only open until 8pm on Mondays, gives a limited window for most people to shop their store. However, wanting to shop a local store as we are remodeling our master bath and upgrading the lighting throughout the rest of our home we stopped on a Monday. Upon arrival, both sales associates were assisting other clients, so we walked the store looking at their lighting options. While passing both associates a few times, neither acknowledged us. We waited about twenty five minutes when one of the customers left. Expecting to be greeted, the sales person turned and went into the back room. We waited another 15 minutes, as this was the only day we could stop, and finally left. We do not expect to be fawned over, but as part of common courtesy, we certainly do expect to be addressed when the opportunity arose. There are a lot easier ways for people to shop for lighting. They make it too hard and we will never go back. read more
