I really wasn't going to write a review and I really don't care what negative thing you want to reply to me, I just want you to know the pain and suffering you costed me. This doctor for me was greaT during my pregnancy. I stressed to him since the day I saw him how nervous I was and how it was my first child and that I have anxiety. He was always really reassuring and answered all my questions. We planned my c section for maybe a month or two out and it was great. One thing I stressed to him was that I wanted things to be the way I wanted them. I was paying A high rate through my insurance to see him because I liked and trusted him. The day I was induced he showed up once to talk with me the second day. It was fine I didn't need him there and he had already had things planned out for me. I have anxiety so he knew I was going to be freaking out. He had medicine for me Incase of pain and even something to help with the nerves, it was great. The hospital knew how nervous I was as well and introduced me to every single individual that would be assisting in my c section it was really reassuring. Well c section time comes. Dr Shoman shows up like it's a party with another doctor. He never once mentioned before or even when he came to visit me that one of his "colleagues " would be there or be witnessing my c section because GOD TRUST AND BELIEVE IF I KNEW I WOULD OF SAID NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! He shows up with this random doctor who's literally behind his shoulder. I asked dr shoman to give me a second literally to proccess the feeling of anestesia and he ignored it started cutting and I felt a lot of pressure and I went into full blown panic mode and closed my eyes. I never once opened my eyes after that. It was the saddest thing I've ever done but this for me was so traumatic. He had to sedate me because I was crying and wouldn't open my eyes. I stressed to you from day one that I wanted things my way. You went behind my back bought a random stranger and you couldn't wait one single second for me. Because of how horrible and traumatic for me my birth way I experienced ppd with borderline psychosis. You caused me the worst birth and I had nightmares about it. I still replay all these details in my head and it makes me fucking sick and sad that things turned out like this that I didn't even want to open my eyes. I didn't even see my child's birth or enjoy it. I want you to know what you did to me was wrong and because of you I had a horrible birth and I was so traumatized by experience.i trusted you and because of you I had a horrible start to motherhood.

There is no way that this rate can be legal. Beyond billing, here is my original experience at the location. I came to the Goreyeb PICU (Pediatrics Intensive Care Unit) for a child's post-operation observations and everything went smoothly. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all very nice and helpful. They were all very well organized from the pre-op to the post-op in the PICU (pediatrics intensive care unit). Just a few things to give you the heads-up about: 1. Generally, parking won't be free at Morristown Medical Center. The parking lots are free only up to 30 minutes, $4up to 5 hours, $7 for visits past 5 hours and up to 24 hours. However, they will validate your parking if you are attended to in the pediatrics hospital. 2. The rooms in the PICU do not have showers. You have to go to a shared shower if you are staying overnight. 3. When you are in a room, breastfeeding moms get free food trays 3 times a day. Trays include 2 sides, soup, an entrée, a dessert, and a drink. Other guests pay $10 for a tray. So guests shouldn't buy food from the cafeteria. Buying the tray is a far better deal. There was nothing special about the experience to warrant a $50,000 bill. I highly recommend that you find another hospital. I recommend that you avoid any hospitals inside of Morristown Medical Center at all costs unless you are a millionaire and prepared for the huge costs that will follow.

Last time I went down and touched the head of my baby coming out of me before I teared and the lady told me I couldn't do that. I hate these people who think theyre delivering the baby. Due to having twins I have to do a hospital birth which I wasn't expecting but I know it's for their safety which is more important. I would be an emotional wreck if it wasn't for knowing i have her by my side. Almost forgot to mention she's 30 minutes away from me and I'm more than happy to drive every minute of it because she's worth it. If you have insurance they should cover midwives as well.

The first thing we noticed about their practice is that all the doctors are Board Certified in Pediatric medicine. When we first looked for a pediatrician, it was the time when people thought regular vaccines caused autism & other problems (around 2009), which later turned out to be untrue. But, to be on the safe side, this was one of the few medical practices in NJ that would separate all the different required children's vaccines, & let you get them one by one (which is not necessary anymore). We wanted our kids to be vaccinated, but worried about doing them grouped together as usual. The doctors have the best bed-side manner, & also make everyone feel comfortable, both parents & children. All the nurses & staff are excellent too. The office & exam rooms are clean & comfortable. It was also a benefit for us, because my wife preferred to speak Polish to doctors then, but I only speak English. So we both could understand whatever we needed, all the doctors are bilingual, and one may know Spanish too. They take care of so many children in the local area, it is easy to compare experiences with other parents. Everything they ever prescribed, whether a nebulizer w/ its aerated medicine, or pills, or liquid, or whatever, was always very well explained w/ all our questions answered. When the kids were very young, we had occasions of fear, where we called after hours to leave a phone message w/ their answering service. It was the first doctor I ever went to who actually returned the call quickly via their cell phone, which always amazed me, But I was very thankful for. It shows their level of care & concern. Their years of experience are hard to match, and their experience shows during their examination & treatment, by the questions they ask, & the way they address whatever the diagnosis was. I have never found a reason to complain about any aspect of their practice, which is exactly what you want for a pediatrician treating your child.

I was referred to Dr Morrison's office from my kids' primary pediatric physician. I called for an appointment last minute and was greeted by Steve. He was very understanding, letting me know they were booked up for days and wouldn't be able to see my daughter, but took my information down to see if he can squeeze here in regardless. I received a call an hour later that he was able to squeeze me in about 45 minutes later if we can make it, which we did... When we arrived, we filled out the usual paper work, provided ID and insurance, then waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Definitely not complaining here since it was a last minute appointment that was squeezed in. They brought us in to an exam room and about 5/10 minutes later Dr Morrison walks in. To me, she seemed very genuine and caring, talking with my daughter and I to identify the problem. Not wanting to get into the details here, but Dr Sullivan was very forthcoming and honest with me, which is exactly what I want from a doctor. So very happy with my visit to her office. Need to mention: - parking deck and entrance is not on Newark, it is on the opposite side of the building. - they do not take cred cards.

Since then, I have continued to use them as my annual OBGYN care provider. FYI, their office can be very busy, and they field lots of calls with pregnant women (obviously). Generally, I have a pleasant, uneventful visit with the midwife, however yesterday during my pap exam I felt so much pain by the way in which it was administered. I believe she had to have been a new employee as I've never seen her there before. My suggestion is to schedule your appointment with one of the seasoned midwives as they know how to minimize such pain! While that lady yesterday seemed a tad clueless to using the equipment properly and minimizing pain. Horrible visit. I will not accept random people giving me my exams, anymore.
