I love the waiting room especially I never felt more at home!!! it looked like a living room from the time I walked out receptionist window the service ice was warm,welcoming, and inviting the room I was sitting in talking to my counselor is how I picture my future office couch soft and comfortable and the walls with beautiful art. She was alert but sweet and listened all the way she didn't judge me for anything she was attentive and courteous she respected me and made me feel so relived I came. They offer you tea and water and the overall atmosphere was just wonderful I can't wait to return back next Monday. I think what impressed me more was that I saw all women here and I we need more of them behind great interpersonal places such as this it's comforting to know that women and adolescents can come to a place and talk of important aspects uch as this and feel good about it or even feel relived of the monkey off their back even more.

Being in the process of finding work I did not have medical coverage. They took me in as soon as they could (6 weeks pregnant) we were treated by extremely welcoming staff. Filled out paper work, the facility itself is very clean and beautiful. I was given a free pregnancy test and ultra sound as well as a welcome packet which included a ton of information for becoming a new mommy, birth, financial help. They went as far as letting us know if in financial hardship would assist would formula and diapers. Although I will not continue to go (as I have insurance now) this is a wonderful place for those in need.
