We…read morecame here for mother's day because my mom is an orchid fanatic and she loves to visit nurseries so this was the perfect spot. There are many nurseries in the area and across south Florida, but we loved stumbling upon this one! After visiting a couple of spots beforehand, Sunset Nursery had the best deals on orchids (& other plants)! There are some parking spots when you first drive in but if that's full, you can find a whole lot in the back. They had great mother's day deals for plants but especially orchids. You can find deals like for $8 and 2 for $20! They also have premade arrangements that were beautiful and ready to go and gift. My family loved strolling around the area & picking out plants. We ended up getting some vanda orchids ($30 each), which are my mom's favorite, and a few small ones along with pots to put them in for gifts. The small pots ranged from $3-$8 and the small orchids were fairly priced, as well. We'll most likely be back the next time my mom wants to buy some orchids!
