I questioned Sara who is the office manger about how the paperwork should be submitted because Nicole misinformed me. Sarah assured me I would be fine and schedule me an appointment. I later then got a phone call from Sarah saying that Veronica thinks that it would be in my best interest to be seen somewhere else based on my medical treatment plan. I'm trying to figure out why my treatment plan wasn't studied or reviewed before my appointment was made. Veronica was supposed to get back with me about rescheduling an appointment and she never did. It's like she just didn't care about my mental health. I would not recommend this place I was taken in a circle for treatment, and I can't understand why. I know someone that works at this facility. Shes a yoga instructor and she offers classes for brown girls like me. I would love to support her and even all the other activities they offer however I was treated like scum. And I feel like I was treated this way only because I asked about my paperwork and the proper way to submit the paperwork since I was misinformed by Nicole the first time. This doctor got the most and worst reviews of any doctor I've ever seen let alone looked up online. upon further research based on just 3 reviews i quickly found out that he can't even prescribe my friend the meds he needs and has been taking because of sketchy activity that at the least resulted in serious professional sanctions such as the fact he is barred from prescribing controlled substances by Collins. my very first question beyond how he's even allowed to practice let alone poach patients from other institutions let alone take people off their meds due to sanctions, let alone be honest with them about why he can't/won't, is how your business can even justify hiring him while pretending on any level that your patients well being is in any way being considered and how anyone in the helping professions could justify working there and still sleep at night. 0/10
