This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. Within 24h I received a copy of my lost translation. I also like the system they use to pay for the translations. It's very quick and efficient. Dealing with paperwork can be very time consuming. Awful. MetLife told me my plan covered a free will and gave me Hermance Law as a provider. When I…read morecalled, they tried to upsell me on a living trust (which wasn't covered by MetLife). I said no thanks, just a will. I was put on hold and then told everything was good and given an appointment to speak with an attorney on the phone. I was also emailed an extensive form to fill out that took approximately two hours. The day before the scheduled appointment, the firm called me and said the Will was covered by MetLife but that they will not do wills without doing a "total package," which includes a trust, Advanced directive, etc. and that costs extra. So, this MetLife deal is really just a way for them to drum up business... and why wasn't I told this before I spent hours on their form? I was always very clear what I wanted. Therefore, I find them disingenuous and unethical... not what I am looking for in an estate attorney. No thanks, wish I could give zero stars.
