Pro Audio LA was once a highly reputable, trustworthy, consistently reliable company with an…read moreexemplary business model. But over the course of the past year or so (beginning around roughly mid-2025 and onward), the company inexplicably took a nosedive with its prior reputation and is quickly sending it to the dumpster, given that it mysteriously no longer responds to communications and is increasingly failing to fulfill and/or ship its existing orders. I am not certain what suddenly changed - perhaps the ownership was transfered and/or bought out, or maybe their next-of-kin inherited the business - but regardless of the reasons, I CAN tell you with certainty by this point in time is that this is no longer the Pro Audio LA which we audio professionals so fondly remember, most sadly to say. Because all of its communications and ordering processes have just about broken down within the past months, even as it continues to accept your online orders and take your money! For the record: I have $300-worth of audio interconnect cables ordered from this past springtime of 2026, and it is now mid-July as of the time of my writing of this review, yet STILL I have heard nothing further of my order. Even after multiple communication attempts. Nothing but dead silence on the other end, even though ... again ... the online order form remains open, functional, and happily charges your credit card without batting an eyelash. Clearly, something has gone terribly, heinously amiss while SOMEONE on the other end continues to take your money. And that's just about where the paper trail ends, because your online order stays in perpetual "processing" with nothing further done. That's where it sits, even as of today. So, please, heed my warning and do NOT give Pro Audio LA a single cent of your business from this point, onward. At least not until some kind of definitive light is shed on whatever has transpired within the establishment, regarding its suddenly-tanking business model. Because this doesn't smell right at all, and I am not the only recent buyer who has been raising awareness about the recent 180° turn for the worse by this company.

I'm beyond blown away at Tom's professionalism and the quality for money…read more My company used this company for corporate promotional videos. The product that was delivered was phenomenal. I've worked with other freelancers who've charged much more for much more basic results. The best part of this experience was how easy Tom was to work with. During filming, he needed very minimal direction and it was obvious he understood our vision. He adapted so quickly and collaborated so well, he felt like an instant coworker more than a hired contractor. I trusted his judgment on editing, and that instinct was rewarded. I only had to give him a couple of revision notes, as he understood what we wanted to convey and delivered. The quality of the shots was gorgeous. Extremely polished, with multiple camera angles and shot styles. If you're looking for a quick turnaround time, keep in mind that this company tends to be in high demand and often has a full plate (a good sign) so depending on their workload, there may be a wait on editing. However, Tom carves out intentional time to focus on your project and gives it his full attention. Highly recommend!

When we couldn't make up our minds on what photographs to include in our shot list, Tom helped us right away. The planning process was one thing but the actual experience of working with Tom and Angel during the wedding day was such a great experience all on its own! There is so much going on the day of the wedding and so little time to do it. Tom and his staff were so helpful in getting us to the right places at the right times to make sure we got all the shots we wanted/needed. We appreciated his team's work and we also received great feedback from our wedding party and guests on how great it was to work with Tom and his team. One thing we also greatly appreciated about Tom is that he has so much experience, creativity, and vision that on the spot he found several great shots that we never would have thought of! Tom has a lot of experience in photography and it absolutely shows in the his service and the quality of his work. In short, we are extremely pleased that we hired Buckley Photo + Video and would recommend him to anyone!
