I had to leave a voicemail but he was super quick in replying back. I had left a voicemail for another place, but never received any type of response. On the other hand, Andres was super quick in replying back and letting me know that he did provide document translation services. I sent him a copy of my birth certificate and the turnaround period was less than 24 hrs. I had a draft of the document and it was finalized that same day. Probably one of the most easiest and efficient transactions I have ever done. If you need document translation services or any notary services, be sure to reach out to Andres! I would highly recommend him!

This past September 2017 I needed translations from Romanian to English and from French to English for USCIS. All translations were great and accepted by USCIS. They translate and ensure the format is as close as possible to the original document. In 2016 I lost one translation and I reached out to their office to find out if they had it in their archive. Within 24h I received a copy of my lost translation. I also like the system they use to pay for the translations. It's very quick and efficient. Dealing with paperwork can be very time consuming. It's great to see a company that eases this process.
