The inside is beautiful, the dining areas and bar looked immaculate, the staff were friendly and attentive, so we assumed we would have an excellent meal. After getting our shrimp and artichoke dip appetizer, we realized the tortilla chips were stale and proceeded to eat the dip with just our forks. We shared a fried chicken breast main dish and a side Caesar salad. The salad croutons were picked off because we noticed those were also stale and chewy - this made the salad edible at least. Our chicken came out and we both immediately noticed it tasted funny, like a soapy dish water marinade. The breading was edible but sadly we couldn't make a meal out of it. So we left hungry and added this location to our list of places never to visit again when we are in the area. I don't know what this location is doing that can't be replicated from the other more popular location, but having the advantage of being one of the few restaurants open on Sunday, I would suggest management fix whatever is happening in the kitchen so they might succeed long term.

The combination of prime tenderloin tartare, bone marrow, garlic aioli, and chimichurri purée was unique and packed with flavor. The crawfish pieces were abundant, but slightly mushy. The sweet potato fried side dish that came with the dish was perfect though - soft interior and slightly crisp exterior. The portion size was huge and I wasn't able to finish the dish. I'd definitely recommend trying the oysters on the menu, and next time, I'll need to try the fresh oysters!
