We had to make a really tough decision, but they gave us information, time to process and NEVER put pressure on us. Opened our mail yesterday and to our surprise was a card with a HANDWRITTEN message from everyone there that day. That touched my heart and reinforced my feeling that our little guy's last vet visit he was surrounded by people who actually cared about animals. We NEVER felt pressured, uninformed or like we were just another appointment. If you need emergency care for your pet, go to them. They are honest, efficient and most importantly CARING in your moment of panic.

What I will tell you in short is that they will act overly concerned, will not have any sense of urgency, will do everything they can do to drag it out so your dog stays there. They will also try to convince you to leave your dog there for "observation" all while the clock is ticking and money is racking up. They also took our dog to the back and said she was resting while they watched her, yet when they brought her back to me two hours later, she reeked of pee. She does not ever pee in the house unless she is outside. Would I ever go here ever again, never ever would. There are other quality emergency vets that will take you as a priority, treat you with compassion, and not keep you there forever while the clock ticks and the money goes up. Dr. Vinoski not only answered right away, but met me with such compassion, gave Tucker the medication he needed that Sunday morning , and quite literally saved his life. It's rare to find someone so dedicated, generous, and kind. Tucker is wagging his tail again because of him, and I will never forget that act of care and kindness. Thank you, Dr. Vinoski--you're a true hero to both your patients and their humans!

Dr. Vinoski put her on three different EXPENSIVE medications none of which helped her, if anything she got worse. We took her to a different vet and they actually treated her, not by trouble shooting and putting her on three medications but by actually diagnosing her and treating her with one medication. When my dog started on a medication to help her anxiety we planned to just go pick it up at publix where it is around ten cents per pill so we could pay around four dollars for a whole month of medication. Dr. Vinoski heavily insisted (even though we told him we would prefer he send the prescription to publix) that we just buy it from him. We ended up buying the pills for around twenty dollars for one month FIVE TIMES THE USUAL PRICE! Dr. Vinoski only cares about money! He does not care about your pet!

It's not possible for me to adequately express my complete and total satisfaction with this place,…read morethe doctor and the entire staff!! I had been a prior customer here and then moved to Coral Springs where I started using a new Vet here locally that was reportedly a good vet clinic. My dog needed dental surgery to remove quite a few teeth (16) to be exact that had decayed over time. I took him in to the local vet I had been using for nail trims and check ups thinking I was in good hands. I'm going to keep the name of this clinic out of this but let's just say the quote I received after paying 200.00 for blood work, a 90.00 office visit was staggering. They quoted me 2500.00 for the surgery itself, and 500.00 to 1000.00 per tooth depending on the difficulty in removing. Let's do the math. Best case scenario 8000.00 for extractions, 2500.00 for the procedure, plus the 290.00 already spent just to get the estimate totals 10,790.00. Best case!!!! We all know they would have charged me more. I thought about this awhile and it just seemed really high. I love my dog though so I was considering how I would afford it....... Then I remembered Harmony Animal Clinic and Dr Cline and decided to get a second opinion. They were very happy to schedule the consult with no fee. They agreed to use the blood work that the other place took and even told me they would handle getting it. We met with Dr Cline who is the most upfront, honest and caring Vet you will ever encounter. His assessment was the same as to about 16 teeth maybe more maybe less depending on how things went. Now the price.... Harmony quoted us 1500.00 best case and up to 2000.00 worst case. I was literally in shock and so happy that I had remembered the great care that my pets had gotten at Harmony in the past. The final bill ALL INCLUSIVE including all prescriptions and a follow up visit ....... Drum roll..... 1550.00 My hat is off to the entire staff here and Dr Cline for actually caring about their patients, their obvious love of animals and a very obvious moral compass that is missing quite often in the world we live in. My dog has completely recovered is more happy and energetic than ever before and pain free!!!!! Harmony Animal Clinic is the best!!!! This place is a drive from Coral Springs but I'll never go anywhere else for pet care. Try them out!! You'll be glad you did!! Tell them Mogli sent you!!!

However, I asked if they could excrete his anal glands since he's been dragging his butt for about two weeks so clearly that was one of the problems, and the nurse tech looked at me and roll her eyes. Coming from a nurse I cannot believe what I'm even saying I never leave reviews if you look at my prior post, but this place is a rip off and I'm so disgusted with how I was treated with my dog when I was so upset they did not like to acknowledge the fact that I a had medical background.

This vet felt that Oliver was not a candidate for surgery bc of a strong heart murmur. Their course of action was weeks of antibiotics.. I know that long term use of antibiotics creates problems for kidneys and more. I started researching homeopathy remedies and this was helping but I could see his receding gum line worsening. A homeopathy vet said to find a surgeon and have his teeth taken out. The vets near me who could do this were booked into Dec just for an initial consult. I called Chasewood and they were awesome. We made arrangements within two weeks to drive down for surgery and I spent the night and the night of his surgery near Jupiter. It was perfect Oliver is doing great and I am so appreciative! I was under the impression they said 530, but after I received a call at 5:07 stating they said it was 4:30, I got my cat and a carrier locked up the house got in the car and started driving. Roughly 15 minutes later, I got a call from a different employee in the state 'You'll have to find an emergency animal hospital. We told you 430 and when we called last time you said you thought it was 515'. He continued to be condescending rude & lacked complete regard. Even at this point right now, the vet is still open for 30 minutes. I just need them to look at my cat and I would pay for the service. But not only did they cancel because of a miscommunication, but they just left me in a terrible position As a customer, at the expense of my cat. Don't work at an animal hospital if you have no empathy. I'm appalled that this person is allowed to talk to customers that way. You're open for another 45 minutes and I was pulling in and you still had the audacity to treat me like that. Shame on you. The receptionists name is Bill

I called to make an appointment for my dog to have x-rays because he was limping. The man at the receptionist desk gave me a 330 appointment. When I got there, they told me it was too late in the day to give my pup x-rays, because they require him taking a sedative the night before, and two hours prior prior to bringing him in the next day. Even after all those meds, they would still need to medicate him for x-rays. So, what they did, was give my pup a full examination, which he did not need. He did not need it because we were in there two weeks prior discussing his limp. Then they told me that it was too late in the day for x-rays. But they were not shy about charging me $195 for the office visit, and another $85 for medication's which he did not need. They said he needed two pills to calm him the night before as well as two pills to calm him two hours before we were to bring him the next day. So, why did they give me 24 pills, and charge me $68 for the pills? Every time we went in there it seemed they tried to sell us one thing or another. They must be accustomed to the residence of Jupiter Island, who have no problem, coughing up whatever bill they give them. I don't feel that they had my pups best interest in mind. This was not the first time, this has happened many times since Dr. Joi left. We said adios to them, and we will never look back. Our puppy is everything to us, but it wasn't so for them.

My darling baby escaped Sunday and came back unable to walk (his hip was dislocated). I brought him in to see the Dr the next day. Everything was great, I was glad they could see him and trusted they would take care of Asher. Later that day, I was told that they had been unsuccessful putting his hip in place, but had updated his shots and given him a flea bath and treated him for fleas. I went to pick him up, saddened because I knew I would need to take him to a specialist for surgery if there was to be hope of him walking again. I got there, paid my $1100 bill upfront and was then taken to the room where I waited for the Dr. I had spoken to the Dr twice during the day, getting updates on cost and how Asher was doing, so I wasn't surprised that the Dr failed twice in relocating the hip. As he was exiting to get Asher, he told me there had been an incident and Asher was cut while removing the bandages, after the second failed attempt at hip relocation. He brought Asher into the room, pulled my baby out of his cage. I was overcome by grief at the sight of my baby's leg. Asher, who had been at the office all day was now far worse off than when I brought him in. I asked what could be done to make it better he said he didn't "do it on purpose" and he was "sorry." He then kept repeating how he "followed protocol" and blamed my cat's hair. I continued to ask what I should do and he interrupted me and asked "do you want to hear about the medication or not." It was like he didn't really care. No patient plan was given, so I didn't even know how to take care of the new wound. I walked out with only the $1100 receipt and the the medicine in ziplock bags. The next day I had a couple more questions about the accident, during which the Dr explained he had actually cut a chunk of Asher's skin and fur out. He also told me that his "father was an orthopedic surgeon" and so he knew "things like this happen all the time." I am sorry, I expect more from a Dr and if I would have known my Dr accepts accidents as "things that happen all the time" I never would have gone there in the first place. I hope this saves another baby from an accident that scars them in the future. Good luck!
