    Still waiting to hear from Monique on this. I've attached screenshots to my google review which cannot be seen publicly any longer(not by my doing) I brought my ferrets Marceline and Fiona for a 2nd opinion they have been sick for about two months already. They fit me in on the same day which was great and appreciated but that's where everything good came to an end. It was recommended to do a fecal test to figure out what medicine to give them. The fecal also required an anal swab. The tech brought a standard size swab. I held Marceline as the tech attempted the swab. This swab was obviously too big for my ferrets anus as she squealed in pain and I put the swabbing to an end. I was told results would be in 7-10 days and I would get a call. I'm glad I didn't wait for them. The results were in on Monday 9/11/23 pending dr Johnston a review and I would get a call. I waited over 24 hours with no call. I called Tuesday 9/12 and the best I could do was leave an urgent message for the dr to call. Wednesday 7:30am the dr calls we review the results and asks where I want the script called into. I waited until noon and hadn't heard from the pharmacy so I called and they didn't have the script yet. I called harmony and was told the dr marked the script urgent and it should be going in now as it was being walked back personally. I never heard from the pharmacy. Thursday 10:30am I email Monique the owner asking for help in getting the script sent in. Finally got notice around noon that the pharmacist had it. I am still waiting on Monique's response today on Sunday. I couldn't get my script until Friday due to the lack of care, communication and compassion. I was charged $99 per ferret for a specialist consultation. I was there 2 hours because during my appointment the dr had other more important things to do. Dr Johnston recommended my ferrets with GI problems be fed rice. Thank god these are not my first ferrets and she isn't my fist vet. Feeding rice to a ferret can result in further GI issues and even death. A quick google search will tell you that. They don't care about your pet or their well being.

    Just moved to Jupiter - searched for a vet - walked into Harmony's clean lobby with several professional looking techs + check-in people behind the counter - I was immediately greeted/welcomed + given vet info - thankfully we met this great team as the very next day our little Emma ended up with severe stomach upset + we rushed her back - Dr. J. Duhon's team was fantastic from the reception - to the check-in tech - friendly/ professional exam - diagnosis + follow-up care - answered all questions + helped me to my car with prescription food!!! I am so grateful for Harmony + so is my little Emma - back to her happy self:)

    Still love this place! Dr Cline and Dr. Rogers are fantastic! All the staff at harmony we have interacted with have been amazing. Anytime we go away we board our babies at the ritz room, they always seem to enjoy their stay. When we lost our dog last year due to cancer they went beyond what is required to make us and our beloved dog comfortable, we were touched on how they handled the whole situation. Just love this place!

    Do not take any exotic animals to these vets. They are totally incompetent. Death of your pet is the end result.

My darling baby escaped Sunday and came back unable to walk (his hip was dislocated). I brought him in to see the Dr the next day. Everything was great, I was glad they could see him and trusted they would take care of Asher. Later that day, I was told that they had been unsuccessful putting his hip in place, but had updated his shots and given him a flea bath and treated him for fleas. I went to pick him up, saddened because I knew I would need to take him to a specialist for surgery if there was to be hope of him walking again. I got there, paid my $1100 bill upfront and was then taken to the room where I waited for the Dr. I had spoken to the Dr twice during the day, getting updates on cost and how Asher was doing, so I wasn't surprised that the Dr failed twice in relocating the hip. As he was exiting to get Asher, he told me there had been an incident and Asher was cut while removing the bandages, after the second failed attempt at hip relocation. He brought Asher into the room, pulled my baby out of his cage. I was overcome by grief at the sight of my baby's leg. Asher, who had been at the office all day was now far worse off than when I brought him in. I asked what could be done to make it better he said he didn't "do it on purpose" and he was "sorry." He then kept repeating how he "followed protocol" and blamed my cat's hair. I continued to ask what I should do and he interrupted me and asked "do you want to hear about the medication or not." It was like he didn't really care. No patient plan was given, so I didn't even know how to take care of the new wound. I walked out with only the $1100 receipt and the the medicine in ziplock bags. The next day I had a couple more questions about the accident, during which the Dr explained he had actually cut a chunk of Asher's skin and fur out. He also told me that his "father was an orthopedic surgeon" and so he knew "things like this happen all the time." I am sorry, I expect more from a Dr and if I would have known my Dr accepts accidents as "things that happen all the time" I never would have gone there in the first place. I hope this saves another baby from an accident that scars them in the future. Good luck!
