It's not possible for me to adequately express my complete and total satisfaction with this place, the doctor and the entire staff!! I had been a prior customer here and then moved to Coral Springs where I started using a new Vet here locally that was reportedly a good vet clinic. My dog needed dental surgery to remove quite a few teeth (16) to be exact that had decayed over time. I took him in to the local vet I had been using for nail trims and check ups thinking I was in good hands. I'm going to keep the name of this clinic out of this but let's just say the quote I received after paying 200.00 for blood work, a 90.00 office visit was staggering. They quoted me 2500.00 for the surgery itself, and 500.00 to 1000.00 per tooth depending on the difficulty in removing. Let's do the math. Best case scenario 8000.00 for extractions, 2500.00 for the procedure, plus the 290.00 already spent just to get the estimate totals 10,790.00. Best case!!!! We all know they would have charged me more. I thought about this awhile and it just seemed really high. I love my dog though so I was considering how I would afford it....... Then I remembered Harmony Animal Clinic and Dr Cline and decided to get a second opinion. They were very happy to schedule the consult with no fee. They agreed to use the blood work that the other place took and even told me they would handle getting it. We met with Dr Cline who is the most upfront, honest and caring Vet you will ever encounter. His assessment was the same as to about 16 teeth maybe more maybe less depending on how things went. Now the price.... Harmony quoted us 1500.00 best case and up to 2000.00 worst case. I was literally in shock and so happy that I had remembered the great care that my pets had gotten at Harmony in the past. The final bill ALL INCLUSIVE including all prescriptions and a follow up visit ....... Drum roll..... 1550.00 My hat is off to the entire staff here and Dr Cline for actually caring about their patients, their obvious love of animals and a very obvious moral compass that is missing quite often in the world we live in. My dog has completely recovered is more happy and energetic than ever before and pain free!!!!! Harmony Animal Clinic is the best!!!! I wrote a very thorough review on Jupiter locals however it was deleted. I brought in my dog today because he had loose stools and bloody drainage. However, I asked if they could excrete his anal glands since he's been dragging his butt for about two weeks so clearly that was one of the problems, and the nurse tech looked at me and roll her eyes. Not once did someone ask for me to bring in a urine or stool sample. This place is so unprofessional. It actually makes me sick. Coming from a nurse I cannot believe what I'm even saying I never leave reviews if you look at my prior post, but this place is a rip off and I'm so disgusted with how I was treated with my dog when I was so upset they did not like to acknowledge the fact that I a had medical background. read more

Used to go here. They are so much more expensive than other clinics. Good doctors but may want to shop around. Our vet is about 1/2 price of what Harmony charges and same great service. This was my 1st visit and I usually arrive early to observe the staff, building, parking and cleanliness. Staff was kind and courteous, prompt and professional. Communications between staff and pet owner, owner and doctor, doctor and staff were remarkable. Very detailed in all conversations with clear and concise instructions, diagnosis and follow up care. Building showroom was clean and waiting area clean with no signs of dirt or grime in any corners or under/on counters or selves. Examine rooms were in the same condition. There were no cameras in examine room as was noted in 4 other vet's offices in the area. This is a privately held company and NOT owned by PE private equity. Parking access not difficult at all. Overall experience excellent! Pricing is relative but found it affordable. Well worth your time. read more

Took my dog in last night just before they closed. My dog was bleeding from his eye after a large dog attacked him. They didn't hesitate to take him back right away to evaluate him . They were right on it ! That's what I call customer service and animal care . Everyone from the front office to the back office and of course the vet were so nice and thorough . Had surgery scheduled for my dog that the vet said was absolutely necessary, they clipped her and did blood work and put her through the unnecessary trauma just to tell me they are not going to do the surgery because I asked for a culture to be sent to a pathologist. Lots of shadiness since they said she NEEDED the mass removed and that it was cancerous, but didnt want me to find out exactly what it was. I DO NOT TRUST THEM. Checked with 2 other Florida vets and they said this is Malpractice and common for vets just to be money hungry instead of caring for the animal in need. Could have used the 2 weeks that was waited to get her into surgery to get her actual help! Time wasted! read more

Outstanding service! Took our 4 year old Bernedoodle for a check up and to follow up on some issues. I was referred to this office by a specialist's office. Harmony's office staff are completely efficient and great. At first they thought my dog might need a heart worm injection, so they drew blood. After checking further, they realized she was fine until August. I made a grooming appointment. Haven't done it yet so I can't review it but the doctor was so kind and thorough. The technician's were efficient and knowledgeable. The bill was very reasonable and they made certain that no charges were placed because of the blood draw. Still waiting to hear from Monique on this. I've attached screenshots to my google review which cannot be seen publicly any longer(not by my doing) I brought my ferrets Marceline and Fiona for a 2nd opinion they have been sick for about two months already. They fit me in on the same day which was great and appreciated but that's where everything good came to an end. It was recommended to do a fecal test to figure out what medicine to give them. The fecal also required an anal swab. The tech brought a standard size swab. I held Marceline as the tech attempted the swab. This swab was obviously too big for my ferrets anus as she squealed in pain and I put the swabbing to an end. I was told results would be in 7-10 days and I would get a call. I'm glad I didn't wait for them. The results were in on Monday 9/11/23 pending dr Johnston a review and I would get a call. I waited over 24 hours with no call. I called Tuesday 9/12 and the best I could do was leave an urgent message for the dr to call. Wednesday 7:30am the dr calls we review the results and asks where I want the script called into. I waited until noon and hadn't heard from the pharmacy so I called and they didn't have the script yet. I called harmony and was told the dr marked the script urgent and it should be going in now as it was being walked back personally. I never heard from the pharmacy. Thursday 10:30am I email Monique the owner asking for help in getting the script sent in. Finally got notice around noon that the pharmacist had it. I am still waiting on Monique's response today on Sunday. I couldn't get my script until Friday due to the lack of care, communication and compassion. I was charged $99 per ferret for a specialist consultation. I was there 2 hours because during my appointment the dr had other more important things to do. Dr Johnston recommended my ferrets with GI problems be fed rice. Thank god these are not my first ferrets and she isn't my fist vet. Feeding rice to a ferret can result in further GI issues and even death. A quick google search will tell you that. They don't care about your pet or their well being. read more

Today, my beloved doxie, "Fat Puppy", was put to sleep. He was almost 18 years old, but in the last few weeks, his general health declined rapidly. He struggled with balance and walking, typical of the doxie breed, was blind in one eye, and was not interested in going outside or eating. In the last 2 days, he had developed an awful odor, was drooling constantly and took up an almost permanent residence on any one of his 4 beds. Sometimes, he would even lie on the bare floor. He didn't cry or whimper, but when awake watched my every move. He loved to be petted. As upsetting as it was, I knew this morning that I would have make the dreaded decision of euthanizing my sweet little soul. Harmony was able to accommodate me within a few hours. Upon arrival, they met me at the door and guided me to a dimly lit exam room. Even though I was familiar, Dr. Sweet and Harmony staff, explained the steps that would assure no pain for my animal. I was impressed that they were also concerned about me, as I could not hold back my tears. Dr Sweet administered a sedative, which allowed Fat Puppy to fall asleep. As he fell asleep, I pet him gently and told him how much I loved him. I prayed that God would would take my sweet boy to Heaven. When the sedative had taken effect, an assistant administered the final injection. Within a few minutes, Dr. Sweet, quietly announced that he had passed. The assistant, gently removed my puppy in a blanket. Although I cried most of today, I can not sing enough praises for Dr Sweet and her staff. Competent, Caring, Calm and Compassionate. Truly PROFESSIONAL. Thank you!!! ps. Amidst my tears, I started washing all of all of Fat Puppy's beds, bowls, and toys. In the next few days, I'll be donating them to a local animal shelter, to honor his memory. read more

Anytime we go away we board our babies at the ritz room, they always seem to enjoy their stay. When we lost our dog last year due to cancer they went beyond what is required to make us and our beloved dog comfortable, we were touched on how they handled the whole situation. One of the best vets I've ever been to! Benny loves coming here, which is so unlikely for a pet to love the vet! The staff is always so welcoming, comforting, and attentive to Benny while we are there. Every time he gets shots, he doesn't even notice due to the care and handling of the vet (and the treats they distract him with LOL). For my first visit, waited 35 minutes to be seen for a first time puppy check up. The exam room smelled strongly of urine. Both the vet tech and vet were not friendly in their strong *recommendations* to give my puppy two shots he was not due for another 2 weeks for, and to deworm him again, despite showing them paperwork that he had been dewormed a week prior to our visit. I only came in for a puppy checkup and fecal, which I had already specified on the phone before my visit. Despite being there and waiting for a long time again after being moved to our exam room, they still did not produce the results of a simple fecal exam during our visit. Told me it would take 20 minutes. We were there for about 2 hours. I had to call after I got home to ask for the results. On top of all of this, they dropped my puppy off the exam table, with the vet and vet tech standing right in front of him to exam his eyes. I feel badly writing this but I want to be honest of my account as I had read other reviews here and expected a different visit all together. read more

The vet there is A+ with dogs really nice and does a good job . As for the girl up front Jessie that girl needs serious hospitality training . I call to tell them I am running 5 mins behind because driving with a hurt dog isn't easy . Saddest story a Tech Harmony did not check files on a dog that was prone to seizures! The Tech here gave the dog tick medicine that sent the dog into seizures throughout the night and the poor owner was unaware and the dog was found dead in morning! Harmony actually charged this poor client $60 for cremation fees! Can you imagine!!! Heartless and Horrible! Doctors are great here. But the front desk Jessie needs some serious training in Customer Service. I was late couple minutes due to an unexpected issue and she called my son. Told him I'm late and I have to reschedule. Was the way she talks: demanding, rude. Anyways I arrived to the place. I introduce myself and appologize for being late. She didn't changed her attitude. Was so rude to me in person!!!. She almost put half of her body over the counter telling me that I have to reschedule and have to wait, almost in a attitude to bite me or my dog. Which I understand and have no problem waiting!!!. I asked her; no apology for being rude on the phone and she repeat the same. I told her that she can cancel my appointment. I drove 40min. to the clinic. So, they lost my business and a customer for years due to Jessie's bad Customer Service. I may return when she is gone...... read more

After multiple visits over many months, tons of blood work, numerous exams, special tests, special foods, and over $2,000, our cat almost died from something that is very easily treatable. Oliver is only 6 years old and was full of spunk. However, he started losing weight and ended up at just over 5 pounds while in Harmony's care. We took the lab work from Harmony to Dr. Vinoski and, with one glance, he told us that Oliver's pancreas was likely not producing enzymes. He was so sure that he was willing to treat without further testing. Now, with the introductions of pancreatic enzymes and B12 shots, Oliver is twice the weight, full of energy, and looks so much healthier. I shared this with Harmony only to receive a phone message from Dr. Cline that they did nothing wrong and would not refund any of our money. Furthermore, he literally made that decision without ever speaking with me. After a few more months, I called back to reiterate that our cat was doing so much better and I'd like them to take responsibility and was blown off with an email saying they stand by their decision. Perhaps they are good at boarding and basic needs, but I wouldn't trust them with life threatening illnesses or common curtesy. I'm not one to put down businesses, but I'm honestly shocked they have a 5 star rating and believe people need to know they are not worth the money or health of your pet. Excellent experience here with my sick hen (yes, some of the vets here see chickens and exotics in addition to cats and dogs). My girls' regular vet was booked solid and it was an urgent situation, so Harmony was recommended as an alternative. They fit my sweet girl in last minute and saw us very quickly. There was an extra emergency/last minute "fit in" fee, but this was clearly explained to me up front and I felt it was reasonable considering the circumstances. All of the staff were very kind, warm, knowledgeable, and treated my pet with gentle care and sensitivity. Having their staff trained/certified in Fear Free handling techniques is a huge plus -- most vets unfortunately do not use these techniques and it often results in totally unnecessary trauma and the creation of "vet phobia" in pets. If you aren't familiar with the Fear Free program you can read about it at fearfreepets.com. The large facility is clean, comfortable, and really quite impressive and well-designed. The prices are not the lowest, but they are not over the top either... and it makes sense that they'd be somewhat on the higher end given the overhead in the area where the hospital is located and all the services they provide. Overall I would absolutely recommend Harmony based on my experience there today. This was originally a review written directly to the office, but I pasted here. Harmony is an absolutely wonderful animal hospital and I recommend it. My dog was there for surgery, but I imagine their level of care and consideration is the same for any level of care, small or large. You were all incredibly wonderful! Friendly, willing to explain every option to me. Also, I've had dogs my entire life and I felt like the vet talked to me as such - he's the expert but we also spoke as two people who love their companions. It wasn't me first time at the rodeo (although definitely the first time I've had a dog eat a corn cob) and I was treated as such. I felt an incredible amount of respect and understanding throughout the process, and the issue was dealt with so quickly despite my surprise call and visit. Not to mention my dog felt comfortable with all of you and despite surgery was clearly enjoying the love and attention - he was at the vet but knew he was in good hands and so did I. LOVE THIS PLACE! Absolute best experience ever!!! This will be my vet for life. The front desk, nurses, physicians are all beyond accommodating and caring. Always take the best care of my golden retriever Jax who goes there for his puppy shots and regular check up visits. Dr. Sweet is amazing and takes time to explain everything to me in detail. My mother has taken her dogs here for 20+ years, rescued a kitten from here and has been an excellent "MOM" to her pets. Prior to seeing Dr. Cline, my mother would bring her cat for annual checkups and when her cat became ill, of course she brought her in more often to perform more specific tests. Two months ago her cat was really declining due to age (19 years!) and she brought her in for her annual checkup. While her cat was with the doctor, he performed an EKG, extensive bloodwork and an extensive urinalysis. He NEVER asked her if she wanted these things done! We knew her beloved cat was declining and simply wanted to make sure she was comfortable during her transition. My mom's cat died 4 days later and now the office is demanding she pay $400+ dollars for tests she never approved. She called today and Dr. Cline refused to speak to her and the receptionist had absolutely NO empathy, was extremely rude and stated they would turn it to collections. My mom lives in Jupiter and I tell you that finance is not an issue. The residents at her luxury apartment complex cannot believe this is happening to her. A good reputation is the best thing for a business....or worst. It's a large practice with several doctors, all the staff are friendly, upbeat and professional! The staff are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I reccomend Harmony to friends every chance I get. If you are a furparent your pet will get the best treatment there is. My dog lost her appetite the other day and seemed totally off, then developed this awful rash and an ear infection out of nowhere. I was referred by a friend to Harmony, after her dog had to be put down she said they made it so comfortable and let her fur baby pass with such dignity and a full happy belly. They were kind and accommodating to her feelings and with her other dogs are always attentive and loving. I trust her so this was my choice for dog-bella. They are a little pricier than the vet my boyfriend used to bring her to in Boynton Beach but absolutely Day and night difference in the quality of care from the appointment setting on the phone (Cee was so helpful) right down to the vet nurse and Vet (Ashley and Dr Heather Rogers) Every step of this visit was comfortable, inviting, and you can certainly tell when people love their place of employment, their career and animals in general. They give each patient a little bandana with some specific canine aromatherapy pheromones on it, that calms them, which helped because it was also thunderstorm outside. Almost like a dog-Valium or something, just without having to actually medicate. I love that. Then they spend like fifteen minutes just talking to her, petting and playing until her tail is wagging and she feels at home. Bella literally jumped up onto the table for them and let them do whatever they needed without fussing or pulling away. They were able to provide Meds on site as well as a little shop with the liver treats that Bella became totally obsessed with. Yes. I bought them. I just have to say that I am so thankful for calling this place today. My 19 yr old cat needed to be put down and I was unsure if it was time so I called a few places and then stumbled onto Harmony and immediately I knew. They were understanding,,compassionate and knowledgeable. They eased my mind with my decision over the phone and said they would have to exam first . The room was very welcoming and home feeling. Dr Rodgers explained things about what he was going through and why my decision was right . She walked me through the steps and I have to say that they are the most humane. The other vet my first went to it was so cold and no empathy what so ever!
