I completed the intake form as soon as I received it and had no calls for over 6 weeks... and THEN only offered telehealth for an 19 month old. Telehealth for a BABY. Don't waste your time, they blamed it on staffing instead of being transparent after multiple calls and waiting. If I wanted telehealth I would have just done that at Kaiser.

After asking them multiple times to please call my husband's phone number instead of my own, because due to our work schedules he is the one who is able to drive to the appointments, and it doesn't make sense for me to call both parties back-and-forth, I finally changed my voicemail message to politely request that "if this is kids connection Therapy please call X number instead ." Still, the scheduling staff continued to call only me AND leave voicemail messages and not call my husband, and the one time I was able to answer my phone at work the first thing that the operator said to me was " oh you picked up, I wasn't expecting you to since you usually don't pick up." ????

Their billing department Billed my insurance in full for 8 months of services but also billed my credit card for the full amount. I have been calling them for 5 months to address the issue with no progress. They acknowledge they have overcharged but since the billing department is in another country they cannot contact the people who can fix it and refuse to give me a contact number so I can reach out to the appropriate folks in the corporate office. Their lack of response is disrespectful and after looking at many websites it turns out that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. Stay away from Thriveworks and find a more professional organization. Edit to Respond to Thriveworks- I have spent the last 5 months messaging Thriveworks Support and Billing. You always say you will help but you never do anything. Your entire Support/Billing system is a scam. Its run out of another country and no one there has any power to do anything. You are Thieves!
