This required very long screws that were not painted and this was handled as well. The second task was to repair/replace and existing fan, again in a peaked ceiling of about 14'. Initial job was to test whether power was reaching the fan. It was not. Net step was checking the switches and it was not. On to checking the switch which turned out to be faulty. Upon replacement, fan actually worked. I was very impressed that one of the owners and a helper showed up on time (acutally a bit early). Job required both a 24 foot ladder and a 16 foot ladder. Price was exceptionally reasonable (less that cost of new 400 fan I was able to return via Amazon. These folks are the true deal with service, great attitude and bi-lingual.
