Jon handled every step of selling our home in Hillcrest Knolls, San Leandro, and we could NOT have been more pleased with the whole experience. Throughout this journey, Jon was a trusted partner and managed the sale with intelligence, levity, sensitivity, and calm. With his great personality and his wealth of knowledge, he made the entire complicated process seem effortless. Jon had many great ideas about presenting our home for sale including 'decluttering' the contents, what should be staged, and what should be replaced or repainted in preparation for the photos, video, and showing. He is attentive to every detail, works hard on your behalf, finds solutions to problems before and after they come up, is well connected in the community so that you can get the right contractors, etc. to make things happen, and so on. Jon went above and beyond what a typical agent does to help us achieve a timely sale. We were even further impressed by his innovative pricing and marketing strategy, which resulted in multiple offers within five days of putting the house on the market. He walked us through every step of the sale, and we always had complete confidence that we were in capable hands. We sincerely appreciated his guidance through it all. Jon is proactive, communicative, patient, and organized. He was always on top of his schedule, is a wizard at DocuSign, and was ready to wrap up a contract step or sign off on a document even if it was not necessarily "working hours." My husband and I look forward to working with Jon again in the future and wholeheartedly endorse him for your real estate needs.

My wife and I lived in our home in Danville for 23 years. During that time, we never did establish…read moreany sort of personal or business relationship with a real estate agent after the individual who originally sold us the house passed away. Approaching 2026, my wife and I made the decision to move out of state to be closer to our children and grandchildren. We realized we would have to sell our home, and assessing the scope of what was going to go into this, we realized we needed to select a quality individual or team who would handle all facets of this transaction. Over the years, we had been receiving flyers from a team at Compass called Frazzano Tse. We got a good feeling from the approach of their marketing pieces which prompted us to reach out to them to see if they would be willing to speak to us. While I knew prior to the meeting that they had a superior track record in the field and were very accomplished, during the meeting itself there was not a single mention of this. The entire conversation revolved around the needs of my wife and I, what we are trying to accomplish, our time frame, and what was important to us. While our original intent was to perhaps interview a couple of different agents, at the end of that meeting we made the decision that that was not necessary. We were confident that we found people who truly had our best interests at heart. Understanding that this was not our areas of expertise, we promised ourselves that we would do exactly what Alex and Joe asked of us. During the process, there were a number of suggestions that they made where our initial reaction was to push back because of our preconceived notions. Each time they explained to us the cause and effect of what they asked of us. Ultimately, we put quite a bit of time and money into making our house more attractive and desirable with the hope that it would sell quickly and for top dollar. Finally at the end of a process that started six months earlier, the house was ready to go on the market. To our amazement, the very first individual who viewed the property made an offer that was significantly over the price we were asking for all cash and asked for a quick close. This was a quality buyer who obviously felt strongly about owning our home. The escrow process also went very smoothly, and from start to finish, from the day our home was listed to close was less than 30 days. I base the success of any business transaction on the number of times one is negatively surprised during the process. We can honestly say there was not a single point in time when there was a timeline missed, or that what they said would happen didn't actually happen, and oftentimes turned out better than what they prepared us for. In closing, I do believe one of the best decisions we ever made was going on a simple hunch from a marketing piece that these two individuals were people we wanted representing us in the single largest financial transaction of our lives. We could not have been more pleased or recommend them any more highly. Thank you once again, Alex and Joe, for exceeding our expectations. Eric & Nancy Furstner

We were happily surprised with Craig. He is very knowledgeable about the markets, and keeps up on all of the real estate tips. We had a few other agents who painted a really pie-in-the-sky image of our house value. Craig was very frank about the housing prices, and also very realistic about what we needed to do to sell the house. He knew a lot of people in the business, and helped us to present our house in the best way possible. We sold in less than a month in a housing market that was on the decline. We're thinking of possibly relocating again. When we asked Craig his advice about selling our house & buying a new one he was more concerned that we didn't get in over our heads, as so may people are, than he was in making a fast sale. He could very easily have let us buy another house, but he presented the pros & cons, and had very sensible advice. This may not sound incredible, but I've worked with a lot of real estate agents in my time, and he's so refreshingly honest! He's a gem!
