At home checked, it was ONLY MY Documents not a tax form. OH it will be in a few weeks. Finally after 3 weeks I asked for a PDF to look at my TAXES. Asked about a week later for a hard copy, was told for ME to print it out of PDF, I told Patricia I had NO printer, used a Laptop. Now May 3rd no hard copy. Sent PDF to a different CPA my Son recommended. HE found 2 big errors. Cost ME $250 plus the $275 I paid Patricia. She is a nice Lady but not TO ME efficient. Maybe takes on too much work. Have gone to 3 other CPA's over the years. An appointment meant they would complete my taxes THAT day not 5-6 weeks later. She wants ME to tell her the mistakes she made. NOT my concern now, Just want a refund. PAUL RAFANELLO sold her his business because he retired after a bad stroke. I assumed she was like him, totally efficient but no. I tried emailing him and calling him several times to find out how I can receive me refund for his incompetent services and he refused to respond. I went to his office today to ask him for my refund and to show him the letter as he told me to do and he refused to pay me what he promised. I have it on video. When I wrote a review on Google, he made the claim this is all because I asked him to make up numbers on my tax return. I have several emails from him acknowledging it was his fault as well as the letter he sent to the IRS stating it was his fault and he went and slandered me on a Google review. He promised to refund me what I paid him and now he is refusing. To put this into perspective, today is 3/2/2023 and I walked into his office in the 1st week of 2/2022 to do my 2021 returns and to date, I am still waiting for my refund from the IRS and it's only because he neglected to file my returns or to take an extension. The first time was last year - they rescheduled service appts. on me twice and the last time they tried rescheduling I was so annoyed that I gave up on them. Optimum recently raised prices again so I decided to give WVT another shot. Called them up and specifically requested to have a senior tech or manager come to our property and speak with my husband about where any underground drilling would take place (our property is very rocky and our utility lines are ran underground in a very specific way) so as not to disturb any current lines. The next day workers show up to start the drilling without anyone having contacted us first. Thankfully my husband was home and stopped them from drilling. I called WVT a 2nd time to again confirm that no work was to be done on our property until we spoke with someone about the drilling first. The rep told me they'd put that request in the notes and assured me that an installation manager would contact me via phone about meeting us to discuss the drilling. That never happened. Fast forward 3 days later and we wake up to find our driveway and landscaping rocks spray painted with orange arrows and dots. My husband was beyond livid. I immediately call them back to make a complaint and cancel any pending work on our property. The rep tells me the manager is "in a meeting" and will call me back within the hour. Still waiting for that call. The very next day I get a call from a worker saying they're on their way to start the drilling. Absolutely not!! So now we are left with a spray painted driveway. We are done with this incompetent company!

At 9:37 am, I received a voicemail from WVT that the installation would not proceed because the cable has not been installed at my house yet. I knew that 3 days ago and foolishly assumed all the work would be done today. i called and was told that the installation would not be rescheduled at this time because the cable work has not bee done and they did not know when the work would be done. While we wait we will consider whether we should just pay more for Optimum fiber.
