I had to notice mistakes and call back to get them resolved. I was getting ready to switch to another company and was referred to John Sules office. It has been the type of experience I was looking for. I have only been with this office for about a month, however, the change was immediate. Friendly staff, following through, calls back and the type of office that you would expect as excellent customer service. Insurance is something you have to have, and when you need to talk to an agent, something is usually wrong and you want a sympathetic helpful person on the other end of the line. I have had that type of experience with John Sules office staff. I am in a claim right now, and I am being treated with the respect and follow up I would expect at a time like this.
