I recently moved to Stephenville and needed a lash artist who was closer to me. I went out on a…read morelimb (this is why I hate doing it). I went to one of their lash artist and i was very optimistic about how they looked and the quality of them whenever I first got them put on. Not even a day later I had multiple fans falling out and within a week and a half my lashes looked like they were on week four of the grow out period. I proceeded to message the lady who did them, she told me that she had only 30 minutes one day. So I came in that day and she spent the allotted 30 minutes on them and you could tell that she had only filled in the gaps. I finally gave up on the whole situation. It was very disappointing to me personally because I spent a good amount of money on them, which as a college student I don't have much to spare.

She laughed and said "I can have you out by 9" I had just told her I had to be at work by that time I could not be out by 9. She smiled again and shrugged her shoulders and just said ok! No apology no offer to try and get me back in some time today just a shrug and then I get a text that says I was marked as a "no show" I'm so disappointed in the service and lack of care for customers. You expect your customers on time therefore as a customer I expect My appt on time and if you can't get me in on tome a text before I drive across town would be appreciated. Very poor customer service will not be back or recommend.
