I recently moved to Stephenville and needed a lash artist who was closer to me. I went out on a limb (this is why I hate doing it). I went to one of their lash artist and i was very optimistic about how they looked and the quality of them whenever I first got them put on. Not even a day later I had multiple fans falling out and within a week and a half my lashes looked like they were on week four of the grow out period. I proceeded to message the lady who did them, she told me that she had only 30 minutes one day. So I came in that day and she spent the allotted 30 minutes on them and you could tell that she had only filled in the gaps. I finally gave up on the whole situation. It was very disappointing to me personally because I spent a good amount of money on them, which as a college student I don't have much to spare. read more

I scheduled my appointment with grace 2 weeks in advance and was really looking forward to…read morepampering myself. I showed up to my appt 5 mins early and was told they would be right with me which wasn't a problem bc I was early. 15 mins go by and still no one has helped me. I had to be at work by in 45 mins so i let the lady know I would have to cancel bc I had to be at work in less then an hour and still had to drive back home to change. She laughed and said "I can have you out by 9" I had just told her I had to be at work by that time I could not be out by 9. She smiled again and shrugged her shoulders and just said ok! No apology no offer to try and get me back in some time today just a shrug and then I get a text that says I was marked as a "no show" I'm so disappointed in the service and lack of care for customers. You expect your customers on time therefore as a customer I expect My appt on time and if you can't get me in on tome a text before I drive across town would be appreciated. Very poor customer service will not be back or recommend.
