I went to one of their lash artist and i was very optimistic about how they looked and the quality of them whenever I first got them put on. Not even a day later I had multiple fans falling out and within a week and a half my lashes looked like they were on week four of the grow out period. I proceeded to message the lady who did them, she told me that she had only 30 minutes one day. So I came in that day and she spent the allotted 30 minutes on them and you could tell that she had only filled in the gaps. I finally gave up on the whole situation. It was very disappointing to me personally because I spent a good amount of money on them, which as a college student I don't have much to spare.

I had to be at work by in 45 mins so i let the lady know I would have to cancel bc I had to be at work in less then an hour and still had to drive back home to change. She laughed and said "I can have you out by 9" I had just told her I had to be at work by that time I could not be out by 9. She smiled again and shrugged her shoulders and just said ok! No apology no offer to try and get me back in some time today just a shrug and then I get a text that says I was marked as a "no show" I'm so disappointed in the service and lack of care for customers. You expect your customers on time therefore as a customer I expect My appt on time and if you can't get me in on tome a text before I drive across town would be appreciated. Very poor customer service will not be back or recommend.

I don't have to draw them in anymore, and the new brows gave me a much needed confidence boost. She first explained the whole process, and made sure I was ready before proceeding. At first, it is a little tender, but once she got the outline, and used some numbing cream, I felt nothing. She gave me excellent aftercare instructions, including a printout in case I forget. I had a friend who had their brows done and she referred me to Samantha. Yes I looked at her Instagram and photos and reviews. I have to say that was the best referral ever! I love how I was able to set everything up online or through the style seat app. I also like the convenience of the reminders and that I could leave my payment information on there. Samantha made my experience so comfortable. She made sure I was doing good. This isn't a quick process and but I knew it was well worth it. She really is good at what she does. She is such a positive person and so patient! After my brows were done she provided me detailed after care information along with the essentials you will need to heal. Not everyone does this! She gave me a face cloth, ointment brow razor, head band, gauze all in a cute little bag! I left feeling comfortable and gorgeous. Lol. She was also available for any concerns I may have had after my brows. I did go back for a lash lift as well and that was a game changer. Better than fake lashes in my opinion. My touch up was so fast and can't wait for my brows to heal. If your reading this your in good hands. Samantha cares about the products she uses and especially her clients. Also she is in Weatherford where there are cute little boutiques around and you can do some shopping as well.
