He estimated she's rescheduled on him at least 10 times, sometimes multiple times in one day. Today was the last straw, after she first postponed his appointment to start 20 minutes late, and then followed up to tell him she was double-booked, and could he come an hour later than his original time. I've only been hearing this saga second-hand, but as someone who formerly did massage therapy myself, this is not how a professional businessperson handles herself. It's unfortunate, because she may be an excellent massage therapist, but she's killing her own reputation with her unreliability, poor customer service and lack of respect for other people's time. He'll be requesting a refund from Groupon. I'd encourage you to look elsewhere for massage therapy.
