My husband bought a Groupon with Jennifer, and has been trying to get follow-through on an…read moreappointment for nine weeks. He estimated she's rescheduled on him at least 10 times, sometimes multiple times in one day. Today was the last straw, after she first postponed his appointment to start 20 minutes late, and then followed up to tell him she was double-booked, and could he come an hour later than his original time. I've only been hearing this saga second-hand, but as someone who formerly did massage therapy myself, this is not how a professional businessperson handles herself. It's unfortunate, because she may be an excellent massage therapist, but she's killing her own reputation with her unreliability, poor customer service and lack of respect for other people's time. He'll be requesting a refund from Groupon. I'd encourage you to look elsewhere for massage therapy.

I would highly recommend her for both the therapeutic aspect, but also for the ambience and professionality. Thanks Dana!

I used Gemini to recommend a place that is specific to my hair style: bald fade, high and tight, flattop. I know it's an extremely difficult cut to ask for and I've only had three stylists the past 30 years. Gemini recommended this place and I read the bios before I had made an appointment and select Jennifer M. I was extremely nervous going to a salon as a male expecting to feel unwelcome amongst the females. To my surprise I was greeted with open arms and warm smiles. I was also surprised at the male presence at a salon and spa. The waiting area is tight due to limited space amongst the hair products but when Jennifer M approached me, on time, she greeted me with a welcoming smile. She chatted with me and my nerves had ended. I knew I was in great hands. She did a fabulous job and already booked my next haircut in three weeks. I hope that she will be with me my next ten years. Thank you so much for making me feel at peace.
