Why would she do this? Again, money. She was pushing her own personal brand of vitamin D that exceeds 100,000 IU. She wanted me to take 200,000 IU a day, just to up my serum levels. This is pointless as the body can only absorb a limited amount a day, and you only need a regular maintenance dose of 800 IUD per day.
