    Terriable terrible!!!! They need to hire individuals who are able to work with children and take pictures of students with glasses!

I just received my wedding album and aparently the "silver package" gets you more of a booklet than a wedding book. Horrendous! Photos are dark and dingy. The wedding "booklet" didnt even come with a title page, our names or the date of the event!!! What kind of trash is this. Cheap cheap cheap cheap!!!! _______ The process for choosing photos was convoluted and confusing, hence why it took me years to invest the time and energy to finish my wedding book. It was incredibly frustrating just even accessing the album. Secondly, the "silver package" was not even the base package and it cost a few thousand dollars. When I inquired about a title page or a cover page, I was told ir was cost hundreds of dollars on top of the thousands I had already spent on the package which included day off photography and a wedding book. Your explanation is that "all I had to do was reach out" regarding upgrades...leaving out how expensive those "upgrades" would be. It is pretty standard to have a wedding book cover with atleast the name of the couple and the wedding date. Apparently, such a basic feature is not included. The photos were incredibly dark because the photographer took photos in shadowy parts of the venue and Abella couldn't edit the photos or enhance the contrast to fix that. Also, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE at Abella. There are three locations, I would call all 3 and it would ring endlessly. Abella, you do not offer a premium product by any means. I will attach a photos of the abysmal album cover...faceless, nameless, bland and tacky.

You will pay over 2,000.00 dollars for a 5 minute video. It is in your contract but of course we did not see it until after the fact, so bad on me. The video was good enough but I feel for that kind of money you should get more than 5 minutes of video!!!

    My 16 yo son has taken up photography and we were looking at upgrading his equipment and stumbled…read moreupon your store. We were impressed by the size of the facility, and all the different displays and the number of selections we had to look at. We were approached by an employee (Brianna Pflug) who offered her assistance and asked what the reason for our visit was. I was blown away by her knowledge and was so excited to see how engaged my son was, who normally is very quiet, and doesn't talk much. They went back and forth asking questions and reviewed some of his pictures, which gave her a good assessment of his skill level. She offered some suggestions on how he can improve the quality of his photos. Brianna did inform us that they did offer a series of classes at that location which turned out to be the perfect birthday gift for him from my Mom. The visit went so well, that when it came time for my son to purchase a new lens, he made sure that we were going to Unique Photo and wanted to deal with only Brianna. Brianna had suggested a pre-owned Sigma 70-200mm lens that was in his price range that he ended up testing and loved. My son was the one paying for the lens, and to be honest, I did find an identical one cheaper online, but he insisted we purchased from your place, and most importantly, from Brianna. For a 16 year old boy to pass on saving some money that he earned by cutting peoples lawn over the summer tells you a lot. You have a customer for life in my son, and Brianna to thank. She took the time to listen, she learned what our purpose was, engaged and offered suggestions, and followed up with me via email afterwards when I had some questions on how to book the class. Everyone I encountered there was very friendly, which I found very refreshing. I manage a hotel and can tell you that I have shared my experience with my team in our staff meeting as an example of someone providing exceptional customer service. Brianna introduced us to Ryan, the rental manager, on our way out. Ryan noticed a smug on my son's camera which he worked some magic and took care of it right away. The care he put into doing so was like he was doing it for a family member, and I appreciate him for doing so very much. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience and thank you to Brianna for everything she has done for my son. I see a spark in his eye when he gets behind that camera, something that I haven't seen in some time and have her to thank for that. He spent the weekend shovels snow and has asked if we can return so he can pick up some accessories. I am looking forward to returning and hope to get there this weekend.     I've been a customer here for 7 years and I've always been satisfied. From my beginning in…read morephotography as a young teen to now it being my professional job, the staff here has always been great at recommending me gear. The film developing team here is also great. I've been developing there when I'm too lazy to do it at home, and they know their stuff with developing and scanning.
