They also cut all of the flooring inside of the house which created a mess for no reason. There was no reason they could not have done this outside, it was the summer. We entered and two gentleman were seated by a desk, no greeting, no getting up to introduce themselves in fact we had to ask is this where we go to look at carpet. There was minimal information provided they were unfamiliar with the latest fibers available on the market and seemed more interested in just talking. Not talking sales and product but more casual conversation. This interaction was a far cry from our last experience with this company where we had a knowledgeable young lady provide a plethora of information on carpet. They were friendly, professional, punctual, & communicative. Our new condo was left in very neat condition & as I had to leave for a meeting at work before they completed, they even took the extra time to make sure our home was locked up by leaving through the garage. I really appreciated the extra consideration since I had told them they could leave the door unlocked if needed since I'd be home soon after they finished installation. Overall - highly recommend & would use again!
