This is an absolutely LONG overdue review, I've procrastinated because I don't know exactly how to…read moreput into words how amazing Kim is. My bottom line: As a physical therapist, I often recommend Kim over other fellow PTs. Her prices are absolutely worth it, her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and more astounds me and she is absolutely 100% conscious of COVID-19 precautions. She is always striving to learn about the human body and her techniques, making her even MORE well-rounded in her field I originally found Kim after our car accident in 2017 and although I was seeing a highly respected orthopedic physical therapist, Kim really got to the core of all my pain and aches. It was actually a great adjunct to PT in that PT was mainly focused on my ankle as that was the part that was fractured in the accident, but the back and neck pain was pretty bad as well. Kim provided me with true relief and most importantly, carry over of my relief. She did some mild lymph work to help with my swelling, post accident as well, although she doesn't consider herself an expert, it's amazing to have such a comprehensive massage therapist. My husband went to her for knee pain and said, "she's like a PT, chiropractor and massage therapist in one." Then she added cupping to her repertoire and again, she was able to further target my pain. I have chronically, stiff muscles regardless of how long and how often I stretch and the cupping just adds more to your massage. Even without cupping, the pressure she provides is amazing, as I always need deep pressure AND she can tailor to your tolerance/needs as needed. Now, she is NKT certified (NeuroKinetic Therapy) and has amazed me with this technique - often tying certain aches and pains to joint dysfunctions in other areas of the body - again, sometimes more comprehensive than PTs that I have gone to. Spending money on Kim is more worth it then any high-end massage resort. In fact, I have a family member that books with Kim every time she's in town, she's THAT worth it :-) If you cannot get in with Kim, Heather is also amazing as I have gotten massages from her in the past. Either way, you're in good hands. For the best "bang for your buck" I do recommend the membership. Even if you don't go monthly, it just saves you on services overall. I don't think a review could ever do enough justice for Kim and her business, you have to experience her magic yourself!

My cousin got me a gift card for Mother's Day for a 60min massage and facial. I called and…read morescheduled my appointment which was super easy. One little thing I appreciated is since I had previously visited a different location, they didn't ask me to come early to redo any paperwork, it the little things that make a big difference. The massage was PERFECT!!! Just what I needed, medium-firm and all my muscle tension and soreness were rubbed away wonderfully. She didn't spend any unnecessary time on anything that I didn't mention to her. You know when you go to a massage place and they ask you for your focus areas but still manage to spend forever on a different area taking away from your time? Yeah, that most definitely did NOT happen here and I was a very happy camper. Then came the facial. I have NEVER had a facial so I didn't know what to expect but OH EMM GEE, it was phenomenal and I loved every second of it. My relaxation period was continued when I got to lay on a heated bed with comfy pillows and warm blanket.... with someone massaging my face. Ugh!!! It was amazing. Loved loved loved it.

Very disappointed with how this place handled Mother's Day. We had planned this for months, only to…read morebe told the day of that our appointment was partially canceled. They simply apologized and offered an "upgrade," but there was no real remorse from management at all. The worst part was that we booked both a facial and a massage. The facial was canceled, but the massage was supposedly still on. Nobody told us ahead of time that we would need to come back later. After driving over an hour to get there, we were told to wait another hour and a half for the next available massage time. At that point, we simply walked out. No one followed up afterward, and the manager never returned our calls despite leaving messages with the front desk. If you value your time and want to avoid disappointment on a special occasion, I'd recommend booking somewhere else that actually values its customers.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed these guys yet! I found this spot last year when I was training…read morefor my first marathon and was dealing with a lot of pain and soreness all over my legs. I knew I needed something more than just PT or even a spa massage. I needed help sorting out the root of the issues and treating the whole body. Don't get it twisted. This is not a relaxing spa type of massage. This is what I like to call the torture but feels good afterwards therapy. I won't stay on a spot when I'm foam rolling if it's too painful, but here, I have to let go of that control and let them work through all the issues. They work the entire chain (it's all connected so if you're feeling pain in your back it could be from you neck and shoulders or even your glutes & hamstrings). Sports massage is not just for athletes, this will help anyone dealing with nagging issues or even to help prevent issues down the road. Though if you are wanting to perform better or feel better as you train, this is an absolute necessity and important self-care. I have worked with several of the therapists here, and they are all phenomenal in their own technique and style, so you can't go wrong with any of them. I especially love how they all consult with you first before going into the therapy so they can hear what's going on and treat you accordingly. There's no way I would have crossed that finish line last December or bounced back as well if not for the incredible team here. A special thank you to Clayton and Jennifer who are no longer at this location but were pivotal in my healing. Thank you to Mitchell who has been especially helpful the last two times working out issues with my back and hips, and thank you to Azeontoinette and Zan for helping me out in between my regular sessions! The team is all friendly and helpful (whether on the phone or in person), the facility is clean, the beds are comfy, and the CBD massage lotion they sell is magic! Thank you for the dedicated sadistic work you all do to heal our bodies!! #ThankYouThursday

Nothing really has changed in that regard. COVID safeguards mostly seem to be gone now. I'm sure they still clean the rooms pretty carefully, and you are always free to wear a mask (or request the therapist wear one) if you wish. We continue to come back because they work out problems. I am able to walk properly because they found and fixed a knot in my foot, and they continue to work on my back, neck, and shoulders. This is the place to come to if you want a therapeutic massage that actually fixes things.
