He assured me that it could be lifted back up even and would charge me $2000 dollars. Someone came out and lifted it very little and then said they were concerned of my concrete cracking. It still look as it did when they first started. So I spoke with someone in the office and requested they come back out and lift it as promised. A manager came out and tried again and lifted it one more inch and stated that was all he was able to do. I feel mislead. They did not do $2000 dollars worth of work. I was never offered any kind of refund/discount since the work was not completed as advised. I am out of $2000 dollars that I saved up just for this. I am not rich and cannot just give that kind of money away. I would never use this company again. No one has ever tried to reach out to me to see what they could do to make this right.
