She came highly recommended by a trusted friend and I can see why. Even after just one session, my neck feels worlds better. What a relief! After the second session, I could finally sleep comfortably again. My posture has improved by worlds. The transformation felt miraculous. I love Sabrina's unique method of involving more soft tissue work than I've traditionally experienced in chiropractic adjustments. She is masterful at the adjustments, and the surrounding soft tissue work not only warms up the body and makes the session more enjoyable for the client, but it creates a deeper, more effective session. Dr. Marcus' ability to zero in on trouble spots is consistently impressive. Her bedside manner is warm and sincere. She is passionate about what she does and highly effective in her uniquely synthesized work. I highly recommend Sabrina Marcus' work!

Compass Pain and Wellness provides a variety of care: pain management, medical massage,…read morechiropractic care, physical therapy, and now acupuncture. The quality of care is the best I've had in Portland. All of the staff are professional and welcoming. Dr. Balog is adept at pain management methods without the risk of addiction. Jamin is great with medical massage, very professional and attentive. Brian is the physical therapist and he really knows how to help you get your body back to where you want it to be. He's also very encouraging. Dr. Gentry is attentive and does well with chiropractic care. Kimberly is a great office manager and gets things done while Misael, the medical assistant is gentle and has a nurturing spirit. All of the providers are Doctor level providers. I started going to Compass after a motor vehicle accident when Kaiser wouldn't diagnose my injuries correctly, which means they couldn't treat my injuries adequately. I despise driving downtown but do it because of the high quality care Compass provides. They bill my car insurance company for care using my PIP coverage. Try them out, you won't regret it! I'm almost where I need to be thanks to Compass. My recovery couldn't be better.

Dr. Balog and I started talking about these stem cell therapies being talked about on social media. Two months ago, we decided to pull that rip cord. O!M!G! While the procedure was expensive (no insurance coverage yet) and not a particularly fun way to spend an afternoon, the results can NOT be argued with. I'll never have 20 year old knees again, but this miracle procedure has reversed time. Not only did I stand up and walk to the car immediately after, but I'd say close to ten years of degeneration has been erased. The other day I was halfway up a flight of stairs before I realized. I can't wait to see how many more years my knees lose and what I can do with them.

She specializes in pre and post natal care and is well versed in the Webster and Tupler techniques. I first went to see her at 41 weeks pregnant to try to encourage my baby's birth and avoid a c-section. Unfortunately I waited too long to start the chiropractic care that would have aligned my body more easily, and had to have a c-section. However, I was finally pain free for the first time in MONTHS! In two sessions Megan eased my pelvic (due to symphysis pubis disorder) and back pain almost completely. It was a revelation! I went back to see her as promptly as I could post recovery and again got major relief from my 'nursing hunch' back and tight shoulders and I continue to see her to help with my post natal diastasis. She's even treated my baby, (in a much different way than adults, of course!) who has torticollis. Bottom line, if you want an effective and empathetic chiropractor who will bend over backwards to fit you into her schedule, you want Megan.
