I always feel seen and heard visiting this location. I never feel rushed and if anything I feel comfortable and at ease. I've gone in from everything from a cold, to cuts, to all allergic reactions and they're always so quick to help. It's great as well because they have an in-house pharmacy for some prescriptions so it's nice not having to travel to an additional pharmacy to pick things up if you do get prescribed something. I've also done a CT here as well when I was experiencing vertigo and it was the most seamless experience.

Horrible billing practices. STAY AWAY…read more Dropped in for urgent care for my son in November and was told they are out of network with UHC. Wasn't a concern as we have OON Urgent care coverage via our employer (which I showed to the person checking me in) so we proceeded. What they aren't transparent about is that they don't bill for Urgent Care, they bill it as an office visit. Why didn't the front desk mention they weren't an urgent care clinic?! When you call billing they stone wall you saying they aren't urgent care, they are primary care. No one believes Zoom Care is primary care, it is not how they brand themselves either. Never mind the PDF billing receipts says "Zoom Care Urgent Care" at the top. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they aren't able to take calls. If you ask to have someone call you, they don't make calls. If you ask how billing issues are typically disputed, they say you call them (i.e. they will stonewall you). Mejla, my billing rep, was ROUGH on the call - very dismissive, interrupted, and was giving an attitude once I expressed the slightest frustration with the situation. Girl, go work for an ethical company, I'm sure you will be happier. Further, the consumer scheduling experience via the website doesn't indicate it's not urgent care, nor does it indicate their billing practices. In an urgent situation you are supposed to schedule and then navigate to another part of their website to read their billing practices.

I received PRP + hyaluronic acid injections for proximal knee bone fissures and an associated post-trauma soft tissue cyst, and I am still pain-free 6 months later. I also had significant pain reduction from PRP injections that helped reduce inflammation related to herniated discs and degenerative bone disease in my c-spine and t-spine. The entire team was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. I highly recommend Cascade Regenerative Medicine to anyone seeking thoughtful, effective regenerative care.

I initially met Dr. Sam Oltman while he was working at another clinic in Lake Oswego circa 2020…read more At the time, I was experiencing some gnarly forearm pain stemming from some lateral epicondylitis tendinitis that PT just couldn't fix. I met with Sam, and we worked on a recovery plan involving PRP. Within 8-10 week I was fully healed, lifting weights, doing pull-ups, living life like it never happened. I later went on to utilize the same approach on multiple other tendinopathy issues with Sam. Recently (Oct. 2025) I had a rotator cuff flare up and once again PT just wasn't cutting it for my recovery. I found out Dr. Sam had opened his own clinic, met with him, and he meticulously combed through my shoulder with the ultrasound device and we pinpointed some definite spots that needed some love. Within 30 minutes I was in and out-- and I couldn't even feel the pinch of the needle. Sam and Karla (front desk) are kind, thorough and I truly felt like they had my best interest at heart, and weren't just shoving treatment at me for a quick buck. Highly recommend if you're a weightlifter or someone in a physically demanding job field. Check them out.

Definitely will always return to this center even though I've moved farther away. Clean changing facilities with a private room and locker for valuables. My three year old needed an xray done so our ordering provider sent us here since we live right up…read morethe street. I called the same day the order was sent and they already had it in the system. Great! I was told x-rays are not scheduled and are done on a walk in basis. Anyone with small children knows that this is not ideal because it is difficult to wait with your child for long periods of time in a waiting room not set up for them. I looked online before we went so I knew there would be no kids area or reading materials. We decided to go mid morning when I figured it would be less busy. There was only one person in the waiting room when we got there and we were told by the receptionist that we would be up next for xray and that it wouldn't be too long because the last client before us just finished up. Great! We then sat down and waited. And waited and waited and waited. Over 40 minutes we sat in the room and waited. I was just about to go back up to see when we could expect to be called when someone finally came out for us. We were lead back to a room with two techs and they began trying to position my kiddo for the imaging to be done. One of the techs either doesn't like children or doesn't work with them often because she had a horrible bedside manner. She sounded irritated the whole time and was huffing and puffing when my son didn't understand the instructions she was giving him. It's not like we were taking a long time to figure this out, either. This was in the first 1-2 minutes we were in the room and she was already acting like we were just a huge inconvinence. He's freaking three, he's not going to respond to verbal instructions the same way an adult does. Overall, I left feeling pretty poorly about our interactions and experience. If you work at a business that serves children as part of their demographic, you should be expected to be cordial when working with them. In the future we will go elsewhere, even if it means we have to travel further.

On my initial visit last December, I had a great experience with a masseuse named Amy. Upon scheduling that appointment a few days ago, I was surprised that the same Amy was not who I expected. It was a different woman. When I asked her what happened to the other "Amy" she looked confused and told me she was the only one. Maybe her name was Emily, but seems like she's no longer available when looking through the list of available masseuses. If this is the case then the turnover rate is not good. Best to get contact info from your favorite masseuse in case they do leave the business. Anyhow, like I said, I feel like the issue never went away and I still have lingering shoulder blade pain. I did noticed that the masseuse did not use elbow technique which I find to be more effective technique to use. The knot is still in my back and is killing me as I'm writing up this review. I think I will try a different masseuse. From what I hear, Mia is probably the better one and has more 5 star reviews than anyone else. The reason I didn't choose her was because she had no availabilities on that same day I went so I chose the latter. I went with the 90 minute deep tissue with hot stone treatment. The additional $20 hot stones felt great but it just didn't address the pain in my back. I ended up flying back to CA and visited my go-to Thai massage and they were able to remove the knot causing the pain.
