I may even like the décor here better than the old spot. One thing I especially enjoyed is the room where they wash your hair--it has a very calm, zen-like vibe and feels super relaxing. The only downside during this visit was a customer nearby speaking very loudly about Jesus while her stylist joined in. Normally the wash area feels like a peaceful escape, so it was a bit distracting. I mentioned to my stylist that keeping voices down in that space would help maintain the relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Pro tip: make sure you sign up for their emails and texts--I was able to get 20% off their products, which was a nice bonus. Overall, still a great experience and the new location is a big upgrade.

From the moment I sit in their chair, they just gets me. They listens, they advises, and then their works their magic. My extensions look so natural that people constantly ask if I grew my hair out overnight. The color they creates for me is always perfect--rich, dimensional, and exactly the shade I want, never brassy, never flat, and it blends seamlessly with my extensions like it was born that way. I get compliments everywhere I go, and I swear it's because of her work. They are not just insanely talented--they are warm, funny, professional, and genuinely cares about how you feel when you leave. The attention to detail is next-level: every strand is perfectly placed, every root is blended to perfection, and my hair feels healthier after every visit (seriously, no damage, just gorgeous volume and shine). If you're in BOCA RATION and even thinking about extensions or a color refresh, stop scrolling and book with them immediately. They have completely transformed my hair and my confidence. I will literally never go anywhere else. They are the real deal and worth every single penny. If this was the LAST salon ON EARTH you can find to do a blowout... I'd say just embrace your…read morecurls, frizz... whatever. This salon RUINED my thick curly hair with a blowout. I had the kind of curls that people would stop me on the street, down below my bra line... after this blowout, I had to cut six inches off my hair ... and I STILL have straight pieces (pictures below.) I made an appointment for 4:10pm, Saturday 10/18/25 (I wanted 4:30, but Arielle said that was too late.) so I showed up at 4pm, and waited until 4:35! For my blowout with Glaucia (I didn't complain ... not about waiting, or EVEN WHEN SHE BURNED MY SCALP WITH THE BLOWDRYER.) Blowout looked pretty good, I left it in for a week, until Saturday 10/25/25. Went to yoga, where I kept smelling sulfur (turned out it was MY HAIR...) So I went home and washed it. AND NO CURLS. I FREAKED OUT!!! 40 years of occasional blowouts... NEVER BEFORE!! Have my curls not come back immediately after washing!) So, I think... maybe I just need to wash it again on Sunday (the next day...) a little more curls in the middle and six inches of straight'tails.' And all straight around my face. On Monday I was freaking out... I just moved here and had a job interview... thank GOD, I found Khaliman Salon (the curl whisperer.) he came in on his DAY OFFF!! He said it was severe heat damage; cut the 6 inches off And told me I'd need to cut more (which is true.) From there, I went to my interview and then to Blowout To Paris. The other young lady who was there the day I got my blowout gasped when she saw me... 'what happened to your long hair?' I said: you guys burnt it and I had to cut it. 'Let me give you a treatment! She says... 'Please! Deep condition...?' ME: 'No, I said... I really don't want you guys to touch my hair again; I want to speak to the owner.' Got Arielle on the phone, (the manager? Turns out she and her husband Ron actually OWN the salon.) I told her the whole story/ situation... said' your stylist ruined my hair; all I want is a refund.' 'You're trying to shake me down!' She says... 'Why didn't you come here first?' (Because I had an interview and was on a time budget and didn't want my hair ruined further, maybe?) In the meantime, her husband Ron (who's listed as the owner in Florida records) swears he isn't... yall, crazy town...is there the THIRD time I stop in. He tells me a story... that my hair couldn't be heat damaged... he'd even TRIED that with a client he didn't like in Israel!! 'And it didn't work .' (I will tell this story under oath!) Lordddd... crazy town indeed. FINALLY, they agree to give me a refund, 3 weeks later after multiple visits and phone calls: by now, I'm angry. I said 'what about the $150 haircut I had to get?' I admit to using salty language.. and 6 weeks later, NOTHING. If Arielle IS indeed the owner, she's never there. Their employees don't know what they're doing. Run like the wind. Bottom line: 1) Hair (and scalp) burnt to a crisp. 2) had to cut 6 inches off my hair for $150. 3) no apology, no refund... treated like a lowlife when I asked for my money back. 4) Ron flat out lied to me about owning the salon (repeatedly.) Arielle' works from home' and is never there. 5)... AGAIN, no even ATTEMPTS to rectify the situation. I have NEVER written a review like this in my life. I was raised 'don't say anything if you have nothing good to say.' But these people need to not be in business. Avoid at all costs... curly girls, go see Khaliman in Boca for everything curly, including blowouts!!

I went into Wild…read moreHair in Boca Raton asking for a very specific, simple look: short in the back and long in the front. While the back and sides hit the mark, she completely missed the mark on the front. She gave me heavy, short bangs that I absolutely did not want or ask for. It completely ruins the entire silhouette of the angled cut I requested, and now I constantly have hair hanging right in my eyes. I paid $100 for the cut and left a $20 tip, but it's incredibly frustrating to walk out with a style that completely disregards my instructions. Now I'm stuck dealing with an annoying grow-out phase for bangs I never wanted. Beyond bummed, should have never happened. In response to business's comment: while a consultation did take place, there was a clear disconnect. I did not request bangs, the specific instruction was for the front to remain chin-length. Unfortunately, this is not the result I left with. I stand by my original experience as the final cut did not align with what was discussed.
