Several times across multiple weeks and months we tried reaching out to Heather and to Coastal Virginia Counseling with no response. I even had my personal therapist attempt to reach out professionally and no response was received. A professional therapist ghosting clients in need is one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen in therapy. Other people have posted positive reviews for this agency so I have to imagine other therapists are more professional but I would strongly advise doing your homework on your potential therapist before accepting therapists with this organization before you place your hopes in receiving therapy.

I saw her once a month, and during Covid, I saw her more frequently with other issues. The transformation is incredible and I've found am amazing peace with her guidance. In fact, she helped me with multiple problems, and this has increased the quality in all my relationships with family, friends and my Self. The quality of care did not change, nor lessen, moving to videoconferencing. I plan on continuing videoconferencing because of my schedule. Dr. Gudor is very gentle in her approach but is also very skilled at challenging me when she believes (and I agree :) that) I'm ready. Anyway, I am very happy with my service and treatment both from a therapy standpoint but also from the work the staff has provided me regarding billing issues with my insurance company. You have to remember people....it's a for profit business. They require a profit to pay therapists and staff and keep the lights on. I had these same tests done at least 3 times in my past...the psychologist did the testing and analysis. I had been promised my pastor or med doctor could sit in on the Zoom meeting. I found out Dr. Paul did not want them to partake in ZOOM meeting. I had been told they could ask questions after...not true. Would not recommend anyone go there.
