    Agent: Michele Gillis…read more She was incredibly unprofessional at closing. She showed up late, was wearing a short dress (especially for someone of her stature) and flip flops, and was chewing gum so loudly and insistently that it was evident that she was not confident in herself and was nervous about the closing. Come to find out, she had failed to look at any of the paperwork for the sale of the house until the night before the sale. She mentioned multiple times that she had been too busy with other clients to put any time into her client. She ended up forgetting to include enough things in the contract that the buyer lost nearly $400 on paper and around $1000 in extras at the house (to include a washer and dryer that she just forgot about!). Once the client said he wanted to go through with closing even though he was losing money, she insisted that he call around to figure out a way to gain money and push back closing. She encouraged him to lie about a jewelry collection in order to have higher insurance premiums. She was rude, bossy, and overall inappropriate. When she left the room, both the lender and the other real estate agent were talking poorly of her in front of the client present - she's THAT bad. Additionally, I could list all of the information that she shared at closing about her other clients. I know their names, what type of loans they used, who co-signed for them, etc. She doesn't respect privacy or uphold character. If she is trying to work with you, know that many other people do not want to work with her. The lender mentioned to us that she has told Michele she will never again work with her due to her personality. To quote the lender and the other real estate agent "She just drains me". If you're looking for someone to represent you in a positive manner and help you have a pleasant experience with the purchase of a home, I would look elsewhere!

    We've recently moved to Columbus, Ohio from New Jersey. And we rented a property via this company…read more It's been three months so far and we are very pleasant with our choice. There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.
