It would take up to 9 messages to hear back at which time, I was told she doesn't take 10 min appointments. The assistants who support with calls and questions are the opposite of support - nasty attitude, rude, condescending. The friend who referred me had the same problems and experience - obviously after referring me. I'm going to try another doctor who has already proven to be responsive in a more meaningful way. I had the fortune to meet with Dr. Yee about a year before I really needed her help. I didn't know at the time that I had breast cancer. During the hardest time in my life she helped a lot as a friend with information and resources, which pointed me in the right direction for treatments. Later, when I became her patient, I'm even more impressed with her depth of knowledge, open mindedness and efficacy. Only after our second meeting, thanks to her recommendations I finally started sleeping better. I feel that she is thoroughly investigating my case with tests and I'm confident that my health is in capable hands, and her treatment plan will work. Thank you Dr. Yee!

About 10 years ago I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and extremely painful sciatica. After…read moreseeing an orthopedic doctor and then surgeon, everyone recommended back surgery. I was determined to avoid surgery at all costs. I started with PT, saw a craniosacral therapist and looked for a chiropractor. Dr. Askinasi was recommended to me by several co-workers. I started seeing him. Little by little, getting stronger I was able to add ballet and some Pilates and other exercises to help strengthen my core and I have been able to avoid surgery. Except for exercise in various forms, the only other consistent has been Dr. Askinasi. For the most part I see him twice a month. Recently I have also experienced a pinched nerve due to erosion in my neck. Dr. Askinasi was able to order an x-ray where we had the results the same day he wrote the prescription, and has also referred me to excellent doctors when needed. I know I would not be able to enjoy all I do if it wasn't for his adjustments on a regular basis. I was always leery of chiropractors but after my experience these past 10 years, while I can't vouch for all chiropractors, I can for Dr. Askinasi. He has been a life saver!

I started seeing Irina at a time when I was finally ready to work through some of the emotional baggage I'd been carrying from a very difficult experience in my life a few years prior. Straight away I sensed that Irina's work would be deeply supportive of this process. In our first session, she shared that my mantra should be "release, relax, let go." Simple in principle; not always easy in practice! But I can say that after five reflexology sessions I am SO much lighter and more confident than I was when I started. You could actually see the internal changes taking place week on week-- they showed up dramatically in my face and the way i carried myself. I feel so incredibly grateful to Irina for this. They come with equipment if you don't have it or to supplement anything you do have. And they ease you into a workout routine rather than starting you on some crazy boot camp routine. I am much stronger and more resilient in the last month since Melisa has been coming and training me and my wife. We also have separate packages for couples sessions as opposed to individual sessions. It is expensive but let's face it, if you're not motivating to go to the gym you have no excuse. I admit some days were harder than others but I felt stronger each day I did the exercise. By the last week I felt a lot more confident in my execution.
