After one visit to Dr Hank my headaches were gone. I started to feel some relief in the hips after that first visit. Each visit the hips felt better and better. After 5 visits I can sleep on either side--something I haven't been able to do for months! Truth is this is the best my hips have felt in more than a year. I couldn't feel much safer in terms of COVID. The office is extremely clean and Dr Hank wore a properly worn N95 mask. There is room in his waiting area to distance if there is anybody else there at the same time. And his parking lot was cleared of snow immediately after an 18 inch snowstorm! I'm gonna try to not let things go so long from now on. It's easy to forget how your quality of life suffers from body pain and misalignment. Her office is tucked away in a small, quiet office building which really helps promote relaxation and a feeling that you are not in a medical office. Although I am an adult who is being treated, I imagine this atmosphere is ideal for families with children. I feel that Chiropractic Wellness Associates is amazing…read more 1. During my first visit Dr. Tony told me that it might be a little different than other chiropractic offices I have been to. As someone else stated they first start with stim and heat, then massage and stretching, and finally adjustment. I do admit that at some points it is a little painful/uncomfortable, but there is purpose and afterwards this combination my body feels way better that just a simple adjustment. A visit takes about a full hour. 2. As others have also mentioned that this place does not need regular visits to be a patient 3. They are pretty flexible with same day appointments if they have a open availability - you do not need to make appointments weeks ahead 4. They are doing some construction, it is the tiniest bit messy, but they are doing it to make the practice better and there never are construction noises during a session 5. Dr. Tony does have a very cute, quiet, and friendly dog. She comes up to me and asks me to play. If you decide you don't want to play she doesn't beg and just walks away. This is a huge plus for me being a dog lover. I feel they must clean up after her pretty often because it never smells like dog nor there is fur everywhere. 6. Dr. Tony is very easy to talk to. Some doctors I have felt like a nuisance asking questions, but I have never felt that here at this office. He listens and gives thoughtful responses. I highly recommend for anyone to go here.

I'm writing this of my own volition with absolutely no encouragement from anyone associated with Lifeline Chiro... For years I suffered from headaches and by the time I was 24 I was barely leaving the house; the pain in my head, neck, and face had become so extreme. When I talked to someone for 5 minutes my face and jaw would be in intense pain, which seriously affected my work and relationships. I couldn't sleep and when I was awake I was a zombie. I was becoming more depressed, like many people with chronic pain can understand. Through years of desperation I tried acupuncture, massage, dental work, orthodontists, 3 chiropractors, many medications, physical therapy, spent thousands of dollars, and had just about given up when I read about the Atlas Orthogonal technique. After some research, I found Dr. Stein and with extreme skepticism began treatments with him. I had overwhelming doubt that his technique would help me despite his confidence...I mean, EVERY doctor had inflated confidence they were the solution to my problem... I hung in there at Dr. Stein's recommendations and after a few months of regular treatments my headaches were GONE for the first time in years. Through imaging and examination, Dr. Stein found my top vertebrae were at an unusual angle and affecting the nerves to my face and head, likely due to a car accident, fall, etc. Dr. Stein isn't a yank-crack-pop sort of chiropractor, but rather uses a much more informed and refined approach. He treats the body as a whole which fixes a multitude of issues being that 1 issue usually has a domino effect through the body. It took me two years before I got my neck injury diagnosed and I had been seeing a chiropractor without any improvement with neck pain. I was searching support groups for post concussion and craniocervical instability and found that there was a specialized chiropractor for upper neck but the nearest one was an hour away. I went to Dr. stein and felt truly heard about what I had been dealing with and his background was what I needed. After two sessions the most severe of the pain under my right side of skull improved. It had felt like I had a wedge there for 3.5yrs. I'm a difficult case with EDS and time passed making adjustments harder to hold but I'm making progress. Don't give up on recovery like my other doctors were telling me, go see Dr. Stein.

Well, I hurt my lower back really bad right before a full day of dogwalks and didn't have a chiropractor.
