As someone else stated they first start with stim and heat, then massage and stretching, and finally adjustment. I do admit that at some points it is a little painful/uncomfortable, but there is purpose and afterwards this combination my body feels way better that just a simple adjustment. A visit takes about a full hour. 2. As others have also mentioned that this place does not need regular visits to be a patient 3. They are pretty flexible with same day appointments if they have a open availability - you do not need to make appointments weeks ahead 4. They are doing some construction, it is the tiniest bit messy, but they are doing it to make the practice better and there never are construction noises during a session 5. Dr. Tony does have a very cute, quiet, and friendly dog. She comes up to me and asks me to play. If you decide you don't want to play she doesn't beg and just walks away. This is a huge plus for me being a dog lover. I feel they must clean up after her pretty often because it never smells like dog nor there is fur everywhere. 6. Dr. Tony is very easy to talk to. Some doctors I have felt like a nuisance asking questions, but I have never felt that here at this office. He listens and gives thoughtful responses. I highly recommend for anyone to go here.

I was searching support groups for post concussion and craniocervical instability and found that there was a specialized chiropractor for upper neck but the nearest one was an hour away. I went to Dr. stein and felt truly heard about what I had been dealing with and his background was what I needed. After two sessions the most severe of the pain under my right side of skull improved. It had felt like I had a wedge there for 3.5yrs. I'm a difficult case with EDS and time passed making adjustments harder to hold but I'm making progress. I finally said something so they brought me back to the new patient room. I waited another 15 min and nothing. At this point I was furious. I kept seeing the doctor see more and more walk ins while I just waited and waited. I eventually got up and walked out and told the front desk that this was absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate of my time! He had the nerve to say uhhh well we have a lot of walk ins today. What! I'm a new patient that made an appt and was early!!! It was 2 days before thanksgiving, 1 day before my birthday. I was super busy but made time to come to my appt early... I did my part. My time meant nothing to them... I can tell this place just wants people in and out so they can make money as quick as possible. They could care less about relationships. I did get a phone call from the doctor after the fact but it was just too little too late.

That, in combination with a dietary cleanse that can be purchased in office, led me to discover that I'm lactose intolerant. Had Dr. Lash not expressed her care and concern, I never would have known! Right away, he was able to determine what happened with my spine and back. He started treatment for a month. After a month, I feel a relief I've never felt since the injury.
