Additionally, the seats in the private "rooms" seemed nice, clean, and comfortable. Personally, I feel that especially because they are a medical clinic they really should offer paper towels in the washrooms. It feels like a budget issue rather than trying to be environmentally friendly. Other than that my visit here felt relatively ok. Staff were professional.

I've been to so many LifeLabs, I've lost count. But BY FAR, this is the absolute best site, hands…read moredown. Here are the reasons: -efficiency. They are appointment-based only. No walk-ins. So you are assured a spot and a time, with minimal waiting. -large and bright office, and impeccably clean. -FREE WI-FI. (This is a real rarity at other lab sites). -more services are offered here than at many other LifeLab sites. Examples: EKG's, cardiac holder monitors, etc. -Professionalism of staff. A female checked me in (I didn't get her name) and although she was somewhat aloof, she was thorough and organized and I had zero wait time. My tech was Ian and he was phenomenal. I have had to get cardiac monitors and EKG's frequently and he was the most thorough when it came to instructions and, wow, they even provide you with a mesh "vest" over the monitor (I never got that before, and it made a huge difference in comfort level and stability). And even upon returning the following day, the staff here remembered me and the whole "disconnect and drop-off" experience was, dare I say, pleasant. My experiences at this site were unlike any I've had at other LifeLabs, and this will be the only site I go to from here on in, for sure.

My appointment was Feb 23, 2021 at 10.15am. What is the point of booking an appointment when they…read moreserve the next person in line anyway? I exited the line after my appointment was overdue by 5 minutes, to ask what the process was. I was told to get in line. I asked if they would call me when they were ready. They said yes. None of that happened. I ended up at the back of the line, and was served once I reached the front of the line which was 40 minutes after my appointment time. The technician who took my blood had to do it twice because there were too many bubbles in the vial, and therefore not enough of a blood sample. She had to confer with another technician who told her to do it again. It cannot be that unusual to have blood bubbles ending up in the vial? It made me question the competencies of the technicians working there. The process of dropping off samples at the lab was a joke as well. Those who didn't know, stood in line. Those who did know, stood at the entrance causing a traffic jam waiting for someone at the desk to collect their sample. I asked the technician why they didn't just place a box at the front, for us to drop the samples in. She said because they needed to check each sample to make sure it was done correctly. I nearly laughed out loud because the two guys that I saw who had brought samples, gave it to the person at the desk, she picked up the sample, turned around and dropped it in a box! One does not need to hire a consultant to improve some of the processes in this lab. And please don't use "due to Covid" as an excuse for this as well.

Took my son to see Dr. Cohan for a sports knee injury. After x-ray, Dr. Cohan did not see anything…read moreand told me my son was fine, refusing to order an MRI as I requested. He told me if I wanted an MRI I should go pay for it as there was 'no reason' for him to order one. He told us to come back if the knee was still painful and swollen. After 3 months, we contacted him again for follow up as there was still pain and swelling. At that time, his staff gave me the complete runaround on a follow up appointment, even after I explained the situation and Dr. Cohan's instructions. He was 'too busy' to look at our case and respond. After a week and a half, finally after several more phone calls made to his clinic, they told me that he would not see us, and that we will need to find another doctor at another clinic to do the follow up. No real explanation for that other than 'he is only seeing his regular patients'. However, the clinic website currently STILL shows it is 'a walk in clinic that accepts new patients'. Fast forward several months, we finally are able to get an MRI and my son has an ACL tear and things look to be in pretty poor shape. This doctor is dismissive, rude, and not interested in the wellness of patients. His negligence delayed my son's treatment and recovery by 7 months. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone! If you are not interested in helping patients, perhaps you are in the wrong business! I would not trust this doctor and would recommend going elsewhere.

The doctors at this location handpick the clients that they want to help. It is stated that they take walk-ins, but apparently it's only over the phone. I called to register my number for an appointment call back, and I initially repeated my number 5 times for the receptionist. After I gave her my number after 5 times, I was told I would get a call within an hour...... 6 hours later, I still get no calls. So I called back to the receptionist and she told me the Doctor had already called me, but I never received any missed calls. So then the receptionist said they got my number wrong accidentally, and she had made a mistake in the sequence with only a digit off the correct number. So then she made the "correction" and said I should expect a call really soon from the doctor. And I still never got a call back. This is the type of experience you will get when you go to a Persian run health clinic. I do not recommend, I've seen worse clinics in Mumbai that's better than this place. Please don't waste your time going here
