When I was young, I was taught by phy-ed teachers at a university and I received a lot of on land theory instructions. They also check the alignment of student legs body and arms and if required they brought students to practice on land. Foss is different and it lets you get in the water and practice and learn as you go. You do it and they correct you. It is perfect for young kids. For adults or youths with history of failure prior and need a bit of theory, I would not recommend.

His instructor made him feel so secure and made the class fun. He loves going now and looks forward to the next time. They both have learned very quickly thanks to the knowledgeable instructors. The pool and building are very clean as well as the changing rooms. They make the whole process so easy for parents and enjoyable for the kids. Their first year they were with a group of other kids. The second year we signed them up for a private lesson with their instructor and just the two of them. Even though they were in different levels the instructor was able to work with each of them at the same time. We prefer the private lesson but the staff is so great I would recommend either.

The teachers are super nice in Middle School, can't say the same for Elementary though, and the high school teachers are pretty strict but still kind-hearted. The education is pretty top-tier, and kids who go to this school probably have higher chances of getting into Ivy League schools. Sure, the food isn't that good, but it's decent and edible, and the same thing you'll find at any public school.
