I had some specific questions about our move. A Liberty Bell representative responded in 15 minutes. We set up a date and time for the move itself. On moving day, Liberty Bell texted to confirm the movers were on their way. Two young men showed up, looked at the job and began working. They moved furniture from 3 levels of our home quickly and efficiently. The two movers were also courteous and polite. They were cautious moving our furniture and did not leave a mark or scratch on a wall or wardrobe. I watched as they carefully packed the POD with furniture blankets and secured the all the heavy pieces. I would highly recommend Liberty Bell Moving and Storage based on our experience.

The employees here are helpful but not pushy and help me out with any request or question I have with a smile. Even better, after my last ordeal of a move (25 hours non-stop moving, no sleep for about 40) they were extremely understanding and rather than trying to nickle and dime me like some other locations I've dealt with they did everything they could to help me out and make at least the rental part of my move a very pleasant experience. The guy who was working just took the key and said he would e mail me a receipt. He was a total ass hole. I still haven't gotten my receipt and I got a text message from them saying my rental was overdue. They charged me for an extra rental period. I have called 3 times to resolve the issue and each time I have been told that it's been taken care of. This has been a terrible experience. I'm never doing business with these guys again. Don't waste your time with these idiots. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because you can't give them zero.

We called Liberty Bell in a panic and completely exhausted and they responded in ten minutes!! And before we knew it, they came in about an hour. Cost $350 to move everything in with three guys. They finished the job in maybe an hour and a half?? WOW! They completely saved us and moved everything in, nothing broke and everything was in great shape.
