Long story short: the other company left us without heat in the dead of winter, claiming problems that didn't exist and billed us majorly. Eastern came out immediately to correct the situation that the other company messed up on, ran tests multiple times to make extra sure everything was fine and got us back and running with heat. Furthermore, they didn't charge us for the call and actually gave a partial credit on account for what the OTHER company had charged us. They offer payment plans to make fuel more affordable in the winter. They are always prompt with delivery. I've never run out. Additionally, they have great options if you need new systems. We received quotes from 6 different companies for our water heater and our furnace. Eastern was by far the lowest and they offer 0% financing. They were very professional when they installed everything.

That seemed unusually low compared to the local average of $2.99-$3.09, but since their system confirmed it, I placed the order. When they delivered, they were only able to fill 134.8 gallons, but instead of honoring the quoted rate, they charged me $3.09 per gallon -- over $424. This was a huge discrepancy compared to what I should have paid based on their own quote (about $373). When I questioned it, I was repeatedly told the system was wrong and was essentially dismissed. Even a manager implied I was "confused," rather than acknowledging that their online pricing system gave inaccurate information. Mistakes and glitches can happen, but the way a company handles them matters. A respectful resolution -- even honoring the day's posted price of $2.99 -- would have gone a long way. Instead, I was told my confirmation screenshot "meant nothing" and that they would not stand behind their online system. Because of this, I can't recommend ordering from them. Their online pricing is not reliable, and their customer service is unwilling to work with customers when issues arise.
